I purchased a refurbished armchair and it arrived quickly in perfect condition.
I also asked customer service a question before purchasing and they answered my query very quickly.
Chair is very comfortable and supportive.

Despite an initial problem with a Riser Chair (Not of Morris Living but the manufacturers) the support provided was fist class.
We agreed they would arrange collection and replacement which was carried out on time and professionally.
Great service, good prices and products.
Highly recommended.

I bought a leather swivel chair from Morris Living in November 2024. It cost £479.98 including delivery. In October 2025, just under 11 months after purchase, my wife and I noticed that the chair was starting to lean to one side. I contacted Morris Living with some photographs. They asked for further photographs and suggested that the problem was likely to be with one of three parts of the chair. They sent me one of each of those parts and told me that if I wanted these fitted I would have to either have to arrange the fitting of the replacement parts or they could send a technician but this could take up to 4 weeks to arrange and would cost £120 including VAT. I asked them to send a fitter but they then declined to do so and instead invited me to arrange this direct with a company they recommended. I spent £148 on a fitter from that company. He fitted all of the replacement parts sent but this did not cure the defect. The chair continues to lean and looking under the leather it looks to me as though a wooden component in the chair has splintered. Neither of us is heavier than the stipulated safe working weight for the chair, by some margin. Because the chair which Morris Living sold me has not lasted 12 months, and because they expected me to fit replacement parts at my own expense, which does not seem at all reasonable to me for a chair less than a year old which had not been mistreated in any way, I would not ever recommend them or buy from them again. They say that “We stand by our products, and if something isn't right we do our best to fix it.” I do not feel that this happened in my case.

Very good customer service. Very helpful and friendly. The products are of the best quality and delivery is excellent. Would highly commend.

I went to the showroom and was surprised there were so many different chairs. When I picked the chair it was so easy with in a week I received the chair.I Tried it for a couple of weeks. But couldn't comfortable. When I contacted Morris Living explaining they were so helpful and said i could change the chair.I now have a great chair. I would definitely recommend Morris Living 💯%

The ordering process was extremely easy and although the stool and chair we bought was refurbished, it is not evident and looks brand new. Customer service was great, can’t fault it. I just had to return a stool top, but did get a replacement straight away. The delivery was on time, if rather rushed when they did arrive. The product itself is to spec and a lovely chair. Would recommend this company.
