Great service and great recliners . Very pleased

Ordered two recliners after extensive research on other on line suppliers . The system was seamless from start to finish , easy ordering, perfect delivery advised all the way although I think the delivery company ringing me a 7.30 in the morning to advise of a delivery the following day was a bit much. On assembly I had a slight problem which James and Monica in the customer service team dealt with without any fuss. I’m very happy with my purchase .

I haven’t received my bed yet!!

I haven’t received my bed yet!!! Ordered it on April 8th…
Your courier is hopeless - 45 minute wait to speak to a person and even then they couldn’t give me a delivery date as the only do their schedule once a week!!
Disappointing

Everything was good

Everything was good. Price was half that quoted in shops. Delivery was in days, at the time quoted. Chair is excellant.

They’ll take your money but do not care.

It’s not arrived yet and contacting the company is hard work. They’ve replied to one of my emails once when they were ready to deliver but haven’t replied since I told them that it couldn’t come that day. I’m close to cancelling the order and using somewhere else that values their customers rather than just taking their money.

Comfortable recliner

This was our fourth recliner from this company which says it all really. They are reliable always deliver quickly and have very good customer care. The recliners are well made and are a great price compared to other sites.

Good product. However...

I like this chair in general. Good quality fabric and colour. It's mostly comfortable, reclines well and the massage aspect works very well for as long as I want.
All very good.

With one caveat.
It's lower than I expected and is fixed. I'm having to sit lower than I'd like, and getting out is a chore, which is a shame.

I chose the Chicago Recliner as it had style and did not look old fashioned. It arrived with what looked like it had been already opened and then repacked, upon assembly I found a fault. I spoke with customer services and they agreed to send me a replacement and collect the faulty chair. Within a few days the replacement arrived and it was fantastic just what I was hoping for. Furniture Online were excellent in handling my situation and the chair is everything I could have wanted. Five Stars!
