I placed my first order with Montefortuna, Im looking for a new supplier. Wow great service, communication was amazing, delivery was 6 days!!!! Fastest order I had ever got. Have ordered and received $4,500.00 in cigars this month alone! All have shipped beautifully and quickly. The first order was a out of stock situation on three pack of Cohiba but was quickly notified they went ahead and shipped all in stock items not only shipped them but broke them into multiple boxes to make smoother ship experience also! Followed by me placing three more orders Montefortuna is a new supplier for my cigar needs but are trusted at this point for me for all my Cuban cigar needs in the States very smooth communication with customer service and they do give VIP treatment as all suppliers do for spending larger amounts with them...also please don’t forget to check open and inspect during checkout that protects you all that I know of who ship do not guarantee or do returns if u don’t let them check so please don’t leave bad feedback if u don’t select this option.

I made my first order to Montefortuna and I received two beautiful boxes of cigars. I’m so pleased with the experience and I’m surely going to place other orders soon. Also the guy I chatted with before making my order was very pleasant and helpful. Such professionalism!

I have utilized every reputable vendor online and received my first order today from montefortuna (post covid shipping time delays). With 100% certainty I can attest that these are some of the prettiest sticks I’ve obtained. I’ve become accustomed to cracked feet when buying singles. Not with this company. I’ve become accustomed to no boveda packs, or one at best. Not this company they individually wrapped all of my items and included a boveda pack for each. Truly amazing I would give more stars if I could and will definitely be a company I keep up to date with (on stock) more than others. You guys do it right.

These are two packages sent to Yunnan, China, and the payment is complete. Show fraud...what is the reason and what should I do

Delivery was around 10 days. The packages were sealed properly, no damage at all. I have been enjoying these smokes through the holidays so much! I will purchase again soon!

Packaging and items are all OK, and will continue to buy!

I ordered in this store for the first time and was surprised by the quality of the service: fast delivery, everything was packed very neatly, there was a boveda in each bag of cigars. For my first order, I asked for some memorable little gift - a postcard or something like that. Unfortunately, the store is not entitled to give gifts, but instead the parcel was sent not at the usual speed, but at the priority one. I am pleased with the attention to detail. Made 2 more orders. The website has one of the largest collection of cigars. But please be aware, they have the worst customer services and client experience team.

I was so upset from one of their absolute arrogant customer service staff "Chelsea" who offered me a $20 coupon to cover up for their major false Ads on one of their cigars, by showing it has been rated 93 from the famous Cigar aficionado magazine.

I have contacted customer services more than on time to verify and they’ve assured me that this is a true information. And after few days from placing my order I’ve found out that it’s not true and Cigar Aficionado have never been reviewed this cigar!!

As a cigar aficionado, Trust is the number one character in this filed. And after what I have experienced they lost mine.

I’ve been so offended by her offering which she called it a unique offer that in order to have it you should do another purchase from their shop!!

What she failed to understand that we as a cigar aficionados, money is not the major issue especially when we're paying thousands of dollars towards this lifestyle. However, offering one good cigar would have a big influence and more appreciation value than money.

I wanted to say that I won’t be coming back again and you’ve lost my business forever.

I ordered a very expensive anniversary H. Upmann box for my husband along with a box of Partagas and another H. Upmann set. Upon arrival, all boxes were unsealed but in plastic shrink wrap. When the boxes were unpacked and opened, we found mold in 2 of the 3 boxes.

Montefortuna’s website does not disclose the difference between checking “sealed” or “unsealed” at checkout. Their terms and conditions also do not explain the difference, and regardless of which one you choose, you will always received an unsealed box from them. This was not my first order and every time I have received and unsealed box no matter which box I check at the checkout page.

However, when I contacted their customer service and sent photos of the mold, their excuse was that I didn’t check the correct box at checkout. Therefore they didn’t have to honor their terms and conditions. Their customer service does not honor this clause: “In case of mold in your cigars. If your cigars show signs of having anything that could be considered mold, plume, or bloom, will make you eligible for a replacement or refund of your order at no additional cost.” so buyer beware.

Customer service by Richard was terrible and he was an absolute arrogant person to deal with. He was argumentative, just didn’t want to listen and really didn’t care. Cigars were lost and no refund or credit. Be careful! You won’t be assisted! I Will be going with Marc from Cigarone. I won’t be coming back. You’ve lost my business.

Would I use Montefortuna again. Absolutely !!
Caveat being I didn`t need them in a hurry and was prepared for additional costs.
