Updated response - so the money was in "limbo" is just another way of saying the balance in my account went down when I ordered and did not return to normal for a number of days..... Yea nothing to do with you at all. And the timely reply to the review, over a month after it was posted shows how on the ball you are. And attached is the correspondence I received -

After I ordered (and payed) got an email saying I had to send a copy of a utility bill to confirm my address for some reason. Order would not be sent unless I did. Didn't have one to hand so asked for my order to be refunded. Said this would take a number of days...... Take your money in 30 seconds but takes days to get it back. No idea why a copy of a bill is needed to order protein. Plenty of other sites avoid this lot

thank you for your order and for your feedback. We explained in the email requesting the proof why this was required.
We take security very seriously and because we are unable to perform our usual checks with overseas purchases we need the proof to validate the order so that we can then release.
It is only required for your first order and helps protect ourselves and customers from fraudulent transactions.
You placed the order on the 4th June at 13:04, payment was then in limbo between payment provider and ourselves. It will leave an impression on your bank account but we had not accepted payment at any point during this process. We would only accept once we were happy with the proof provided.
We sent the email requesting the proof at 14:02 and at 16:21 on the same day my colleague denied the payment and refused the purchase and therefore your debit will simply disappear, you will not see it as a refund as the payment will never have been accepted and confirmed so nothing to refund.

Pay less for quality at Monster Supplements
I need quality in supplements. Monster Supplements offer great prices on a great range of products ... but so much more is the quality of service. They give immediate updates. Whenever I've had a question they have given a truly personalised service - as if I was their only customer. That to me is an awesome achievement. I feel like I could ask them anything. That helps me Think about what I'm buying, why I'm buying it, and to value what I do buy. Trust - they deliver.

Very quick dispatch and delivery and everything reasonably priced.Ihaven't been using cell tech or Twix protein (both taste great), long enough to see any noticeable changes but so far very happy.
