Still have not received my order

Still have not received my order, from tracking number given it states it was with Sheffield MC on 8th July, got text from Royal Mail staying would arrive by 10th July but still nothing and no change to delivery status

thank you for your order and for submitting your feedback. I can see that your order was placed on Sunday 5th July on a 2-5 working day service. Your order was processed, packaged and dispatched on Tuesday 7th July with Royal Mail on a 48 hour service.

Looking at the tracking a scan has been added today Monday 13th confirming that the order is in Northern Ireland so you should have a delivery attempt today or tomorrow. Please contact us if you should not receive the order.
