Missesdressy.com gives store credit for returns. BUT, when you use your store credit, the sale is FINAL.
I purchased a homecoming dress for $270. It did not fit properly. I returned it for a $270 credit, then tried to use that credit for a $348 prom dress. I WAS NOT ALLOWED to try this dress on, because using the store credit makes the sale FINAL. This is not acceptable. I have purchased such dresses from other websites that charge up to a $50 restocking fee. I am happy to pay a "restocking fee" or be stuck with another store credit, but it is UNACCEPTABLE to declare a "second try" a FINAL SALE.

i ordered my wedding dress from missesdressy last week , the customer services was nice helpful and professional , Miss.Rita assisted me during placing my order , and help me solve my credit card problem by opining two orders then merge them together .
also they offered me 200 usd gift card with my purchase , i chose a bra , shoes and bridal undercover for my wedding dress .
they inform me they will ship my dress within 8 business days .

really appreciate the service and now waiting my Mori Lee wedding dress to arrive
hope it will be good as the customer services i received prior purchasing .. i'll keep you updated and write detailed review when i receive my dress .
