Up until 15 minutes ago, I had no idea that there were people who were able to chat with you online and help you step by step with your orders. The person I had was under the name of Unayzha. SUPER HELPFUL. Cannot believe how friendly, helpful, and welcoming this person was towards customers at missesdressy.com. If you have a problem or just want to buy an awesome dress, I highly suggest going to this website.

Ok so after ordering my dress from here I started reading a lot of bad reviews and got worried. I got in touch with the designer of the dress to verify if it is authentic. The designer got back to me and reassured me. ( I highly recommend doing this). The dress arrived about 10 days before they said it would with express delivery. The dress is honestly one of the nicest wedding dresses I have seen. It is heavy with perfect finishing and beautiful beading. The top part also has a build in corset and the quality is great. The fitting was a bit off. The chest area was to large even though the waist fits perfectly, but when looking at the dress chart before purchase I knew this was gonna be the case. Although I find that weird since I have a tiny waist and normal sized chest area. I rather have a dress that is a bit too big though cause its nothing a good tailor cant fix. The dress was also very long, but again I am super short and its no surprise at all. The dress was the exact one in the picture, although it looked less "simple" and more "poofy" on me cause I am very petit, so definitely keep that in mind when ordering. One very important thing to remember is that for me at lest, the dress was in the NAME AND ADRESS OF THE BILLING PERSON, not the one i wrote down. Which wasnt a problem for me cause the person being billed was my mum. I can see that maybe some of the bad reviews are caused by simple mistakes when it comes to address or size. However, I dont think that its the companies fault. They also said to me clearly and several times that wedding dresses cannot be refunded and are final purchase. Overall I experienced no problems with this page and the only way i could be happier with the service and dress is if i had gotten one size smaller.

i have been browsing the wedding department for a week now looking for the perfect bridal wear for myself, and on each occassion i have had to chat with the online customer service to get prices for unpriced items. i must say they have been of great help especially by miss Unayza, i have finally made my order and look forward to receiving.
