Von diesem Shop ist absolut abzuraten. Nach einem fehlerhaft gelieferten Artikel sollte ich diesen zurücksenden, was ich auch gerne hätte tun wollen, wenn der Shop das Porto übernommen hätte. Leider erhielt ich immer nur eine Kontonummer auf die ich den Betrag buchen sollte. Dhl und Post wussten nichts damit anzufangen, egal ob ich in einer Filiale oder der Hotline mich informierte. Dies teilte ich immer und immer wieder mit, was ignoriert wurde. Stattdessen wurde ich fast täglich, ein Viertel Jahr lang mit Emails und Anrufen belästigt. Live Chats mit 2 stündiger Diskussion inbegriffen. Also wer soviel Zeit und Nerven hat kann sein Glück bei diesem Shop probieren. Ich hab jetzt das Rücksendeporto selbst übernommen und hoffe, endlich in Ruhe gelassen zu werden. Entstandener Schaden Porto, Zollgebühr und Rücksendung belaufen sich auf fast 100€. Ich schreibe eigentlich keine Bewertungen, möchte aber nach dem großen Ärger den ich mit diesem Shop hatte andere Käufer warnen.

I had a problem paying my order, so i decided to use the Customer Service. My Customer Service was Celeste, she helped me paying my order because it was very complicated for me paying from PayPal, so Celeste was the best helping me, and the dresses are beautiful, i loved them.

I am not happy with the way Misses Dressy runs business. I had a bad experience the first time around and I am pretty upset I was left with store credit when the sizing of the dress I ordered was completely off. Also, I later had to pay for a mistake that was not my fault. I will never purchase from this site again.

I made an order for my wife on the 16 july , it was a dress with 599 $ , after charging me the amount they sent me an email that this dress is not available in stock , after sending many emails to the customer service and after promising me that the amount should be refunded within 5-10 business days maximum nothing has been refunded till today , this company is one of the worst companies that i have ever dealt with , legal actions will take place in the next fee days if I didn't receive the amount of money paid to your company

Have spoken to 3 different staff members in the process of ordering my dress. All extremely lovely and helpful. The most recent "CELESTE" was able to update my details and calm my nerves over an incorrect shipping address. Am looking forward to receiving the dress.
