Minors and Brady Recenzje

The company staff are very accommodating. After we saw the bungalow that night, we called the company the next morning to book an appointment to view it. they arranged it immediately. We liked it enough to make an offer, that was not accepted, but the agents advised us what would be accepted and the seller agreed on the same day. Despite various delays, which at times became quite stressful, Jessica Kemp kept in constant touch, reassuring us that everything would be fine. We would like to thank all the staff at Minors & Brady and we highly recommend them.

Was looked after by the lovely Lauren, who took us to several houses, one after the other. Very conveniently for us. Very helpful, checked in with us afterwards and went above and beyond. Lovely lady, hope to see her again as she listened and knows exactly what we are after. Well done Lauren!

I was assigned a property manager named Rich when I joined M&B, and from the very beginning he's been fantastic! He keeps me updated at every turn, gets things done when he says he will, and is generally a blessing as I can't be there every week! Rich puts my mind at rest - I'd give him a pay rise if I could!

Brooklyn smith is amazing through the moving process very smoothly, great communication, service is amazing
thankyou!😊

Really impressed with the service received from Connie and Joe in the Norwich sales office. In a tough market, they've done an excellent job of helping me agree on a sale. Highly recommended.

I had a really good experience with Minors and Brady. While both my solicitors and the sellers solicitors were disorganised and bad communicators, Minors and Brady (and Molly in particular) were fantastic throughout the process.

I don’t generally post reviews, but our aftersales experience with Lara G was genuinely outstanding and deserves a special mention. We had a difficult sale / purchase journey, which was made infinitely smoother by her proactivity, excellent communication, diplomacy and fantastic interpersonal skills. She was supremely organised and was our main source of information on chain progress, despite not actually being my agent! Highly recommended - thank you Lara!

Sam was really helpful and accommodating with any of our needs!

My mortgage application was unfortunately mismanaged by William H. Brown and ultimately fell through. After finding a new property, the mortgage was successfully transferred to the new property, and Louise-Jane Simms handled my aftersales. The difference was striking.

Louise initially kept me updated weekly, then more frequently as we got closer to exchange. I would also note that she noticed there appeared to be a delay and, by liaising with the vendor’s solicitors, was able to speed up the process of our solicitors receiving the necessary responses.

All in all, thanks to Louise, I intend to use Minors & Brady again in the future.

Thanks for all your help! 🙏

Do not trust a word that this estate agents say.
They strung me along with half truths and evasion.
Ended up costing me a lot of money in legal fees.

Five-star service from start to finish! Minors and Brady's resourceful team is well-represented by dedicated staff members like Sam Carpenter, who puts in extra effort to guarantee a great client experience. He worked tirelessly to facilitate our move and made the entire renting process incredibly easy. Communication was fast, professional, and transparent throughout. He completely took the stress out of finding a property, and we are so grateful for all the hard work put into getting us settled. Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant experience with Minors & Brady.
I worked with Richard Gray, who helped me find and let a property, and he was just fantastic.
Really helpful, completely open and honest throughout, and his advice was pivotal in helping me make the final decision. Couldn’t have asked for better support.
Highly recommend.

Cassandra Creak has been fantastic throughout our journey and relocation. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so supportive, patient and understanding. Without her help the experience would have been a lot harder.
Minors and Brady are a great team and have kept us updated and in the loop, we can’t thank them enough.

I think generally speaking everyone at Minors and Bradley is polite. But there is a definite lack of professionalism and courtesy when it comes to responding to emails - they don't bother. There is no follow through which means working with Minors and Bradley is disappointing.

Sam Carpenter is a pleasure to talk to, he responds quickly to queries and keeps in regular contact with updates. Exactly what is required from a lettings agent. Thanks Sam

Cassandra creak has been great to work with for the sale of my property keeping me informed along the way.

Would highly recommend

Minors and Brady made the sale of my house a pleasure. The whole experience was easy and smooth. Lara G was amazing. Kept me in the loop every step of the way, very professional and easy to talk to. Thanks again, I will certainly be using you guys again in the near future. And be recommending you to others. Thanks, Rhys

All the staff were excellent, Brooklyn was extremely helpful with all the paperwork

Just bought a property through Minors and Brady and whould do so again with the help from staff once the offer had been accepted. Claire Wilson has been amazing, she has kept me in the loop the whole time, regular updates so have not needed to chase up anything during the process.

Company seem very professional and informative. Actively trying to promote the property and they are always looking for ways to drum up interest. Feel very at easy when dealing with Lauren.
