It is worth mentioning that I order these UK products to the US and it takes 7-10 days and is WELL worth the time and cost.

Intially I had a bad experience with customer service not answering for more than a week. But after reaching out again through Whatsapp they came back to me and gave me a thorough explanation.

I had ordered a package using standard shipping and it was lost. Unfortunately it seems that neither I nor Mind Nutrition will be able to claim loss against the postal office. Despite of this they are sending a new package to me so I'm changing my review to 5 stars.

Great example of a really good customer service turning a negative experience into a really good one. Happy that I'm able to continue such a great company with high quality products!

I just get my first bottle of Hush. I haven’t try it I am sure it’s good stuff but
It’s seems extremely expensive ,if I take the recommended doses , 3 capsules
It will last for 10 days only for a bottle I paid over £20 .It would be difficult to make a regular thing .

I have been buying supplements from Mind Nutrition for a few years now. I have never been disappointed. Good quality and their customer services are excellent. On a few occasions I have emailed asking for advice and their response is quick. Recently had trouble ordering a product and they fixed it and gave me it for free. Would highly recommend

Fantastic evidence based ingredients at effective doses. Have ordered a few times. My delivery was delayed by 1 day this time and they threw in an entire pot of 30 Neurostim Extracts for free! Reachable on WhatsApp and fantastic customer service!

I ordered for the first time last week. The delivery was quick and the products arrived as expected although the free sample was missing? What people fail to understand is that the supplement industry is largely unregulated ie no government agency is checking the purity of the product complies with the packaging its scandalous! Mind Nutrition has taken steps to address this issue by having available certificates of analysis this is vital as without this you have no idea what you are buying so kudos to Mind Nutrition!

All good, great stacks, could have felt the difference in my concentration level. The only problem is, shipping could be more efficient for, outside the UK, you guys should really consider selling on Amazon, I will have to switch to another producer which supports prime cause it's just way more affordable and efficient to get the products in Italy like this.

Update: the review is live now. My contention was that the review was showing pending for a very long time and I wondered if that was because it wasn't a raving review of your product.

I bought Dynamine (Methylliberine) Capsules and found it to be actually horrible.

I posted a review on their website about the product on the 1st of April which still shows as "pending moderation".

Why has my review not been posted? I think they're being dishonest. Would love to get a response on this.

I am MN customer for few months now,ordered and using many of their products.
Products are high quality and effective,descriptions are accurate.
Had some minor problems with order few weeks ago but MN solved it fast and they have sent new order,problem was caused by courier and not by MN but they solved it fast so thats a big plus for customer service too.

Been ordering for a while. Mainly Ultracholine which I think is an excellent product. Always easy to order and no issues.

I am customer for almost 2 years (7 orders) and I have multiple products in use. So far I am very satisfied with the quality and impact. The product range grows continuously and I am wondering what they will publish next

Had a minor issue on my last order (missing item), but it was solved very quickly in my favor.

Update: Shortly after posting the review below I have been contacted by MN team to apologize and send over the missing bits.
My lesson: if it's not available on Amazon Prime than skip it.

The weirdest online experience so far. Do not recommend.
Placed two orders approximately £140 in total, one was not delivered (~30£), the other one (~£110) had Algae DHA instead of Krill.

Emailed, they came back advising we need to wait one week, a week passed and now nobody is picking the phone or replying to emails.

Order got on time. It says on the order that scoops are included, and I have explicitly requested them knowing that it might be an issue....no scoops arrived. Also, didn't get ultracholine sample as requested. Other than that, can't say much as I can't measure my powders and try them yet.

I placed an order for Bacopa on 6/13/18 with the USA store (order # 135560). Not only have I not received the item as of July 18, I have not received any correspondence or any response to the two emails I sent to them regarding the order. That is simply unacceptable. If the item was on backorder, I should have been informed of that before placing my order, or at very least been told so at some point. This is not the way one does business.

I ordered some products from Mindnutrition by end of December. Still no delivery (mid of March) nor any information when to expect delivery.
Yes, some of the products were on pre-order, but still, more than 10 weeks now? No way.
Support is extremely sorry, thank you very much.
Never again will I buy anything from them.

Been buying from MN for a couple of years now, they've never let me down!!

Delivery arrived on time and fast as it was special delivery next day. They emailed me as they thought that I might of order the same product twice by mistake but I assure them that I did not and they shipped the second package again special next day delivery which is £7 or £8 pounds at no cost to me, no queries here. Good customer service.
