I did a lot of research on reputable companies before ordering the supplements I needed. Mind Nutrition clearly sources high-quality ingredients and knows what they are doing, as I have had a lot of success with their supplements. They may be more expensive that other suppliers, but definitely worth it. Anytime I order, it is delivered very promptly. Professional customer service, that remedied an order I made in error asap.

I've been shopping with them for about 4 years now and I'm always impressed with their fast turnaround, customer service and of course, quality of products. Their products are having a life changing impact on my wellbeing and I'm so grateful for everything the team at Mind Nutrition are doing. I believe they offer the best quality out there and really appreciate their extensive range of science backed supplements. I love that I can easily message them on WhatsApp whenever I have a question and they always provide helpful advice. I also like their packaging, for both their products and shipping and the fact that they don't use any unnecessary fillers in their formulations!

2 weeks and counting.
Money taken, order confirmation and dispatch confirmation received, but products never sent, and customer service is not responding to emails.

I'm looking forward to receiving my product (ashwaganda ksm66) it was shipped on the 17th but still not received it, I've had to buy some from a local shop in the meantime as I've ran out..not sure if it's because of the strikes going on with the royal mail?
*Update* I've just received a reply by WhatsApp they are having trouble with other orders that have been shipped on the 17th possibly due to royal mail strikes, my shipping has been refunded.

Amazing costumer service and amazing product (Lion's mane). They sent me by accident the wrong item,( I wanted a 8:1 extract and they sent a 1:1) I contacted them, they are letting me keep the item that they sent and they are sending the right one. The issue was solved in a matter of minutes. Amazing!

Superb product quality, transparent company and really competitive prices. The range and quality of products is unbeatable. Value for money and one of the few trustable companies to buy supplements from in the UK.

I placed an order of more than 70€ and I didn’t receive anything. I tried to contact the company several, several times: 2 months almost passed and they are still ignoring me. DO NOT BUY from them if you are afraid of not receiving your goods.

Really hate to do this, but they are not giving me much choice but to give them one star.

I have no earlier experience of dealing with MN, so consider this a warning for first time users outside of the UK.

According to the tracking service they where promt and fast inte the handling and shipping. No problems there. But as soon as as it leaves the country it stops in my customs office for a very long time before they decide to return the parcel. The long handling time is not MN fault of course, but the lacking of right documentation is certainly on their part.

I wrote an email about it but never got an reply. A week later I tried their whatsapp, yet again, no reply. And this is really the reason for the one star rating. I feel robbed/scammed. I waste so much time and energy into trying to contact these people and they don't care to answer any of my questions and concerns. A serious company does not let their customers feel this way.

I have zero faith in ever seeing my order coming through, a refund nor a compensation. It is a dead end and i wasted both time and money. 120$.

So again, be warned of this company if youcare about customer service, because they have none.

UPDATE!

After I posted this review i received a reply on whatsapp with a solid and thorough explanation about the problems that have been caused by brexit. Since I am about to move i could not risk to accept a resend of the order in case it got stuck in customs again. So I asked for a refund and they complied it within a few hours.

So, they had alot of pressure in the customer service but managed to salve my arrend and refund me. It is a shame tho, was looking forward into testing their products.

3/5 for the long waiting and time and effort i had to put into this purchase. But at least I got my money back. Thumbs up.

Unfortunately, after many months of waiting, i find myself having to write down this review to hopefully save someone else who might have the intention to buy from the uk store, at least.
Here's my experience, as unbiased as possible, and with the corrects dates, waiting times, etc.

On the 28/12/2020, i place an order, having paid in advance. One of the items in this order was out of stock, and as the site stated, it was estimated to be in stock in the first 1/2 weeks of january 2021. I also payed for international tracked shipping. The grandtotal of the order was £167.44.

13/01/2021: I contact the whatsapp support (as suggested on the site) regarding any possible update on the out of stock items, asking that if there were any further delays, to please cancel the order for the time being. No answer for a full working week.
I also contacted them 2 times via email (yes, the "Contact us" form on the UK store, aswell as the whatsapp number suggested there), but withing this period, never got an answer.

After a reddit post, i got an answer within 10 minutes on my phone. The request to cancel the order and get a refund wasnt adressed at all. On the contrary, the order gets a confirmation on the site, switching the order status to Awaiting shipment.
It doesnt ship for 4 whole days, despite what the site states again. But at this point it still wasnt a problem at all, considering the situation we are all dealing right now.
The lack of communication started to feel a bit sketchy, tho.

The package gets shipped the 18/01/2021, it goes on "preparation for export" from the 22/01/2021. It stays that way for more than a month. A month.
After four weeks, it arrives in the country of destination, awaiting for a resolution from customs. A week later i get a letter from my country postal service, asking to fill around 10 documents with information regarding the content of the package - apparently Mindnutrition didnt provide enough information for the package - the letter just reports a "nutritional supplements" on the box, without any indication on the ingredients. So customs were forced to ask me for any information missing, and more. Even the origin countries from each ingredient that was in the supplements came from.

As you can imagine, in these wonderful 2 months, since the last contact, i sent a grandtotal of 2 whatsapp messages and 4 emails asking information. I got an answer at the last, fourth email, providing a pdf that should "be enough for what the customs need".
It wasnt enough obviusly, and i never got an answer back from the information customs were still asking ME to provide.
After i gave up, for some reason, the postal service still sent me the package, CHARGING ME 20 bucks.
Having to pay those immediately, without any warning, while having an exam.
The 170 pounds werent enough for this wonderful experience.
I recieved the package before the end of march, around the 26/03/2021. 3 Months.
The tracking service even stopped the tracking way before i got it, since it got even detected as an inactive tracking at that point.
Meanwhile, i recieved packages from oversea, checked by customs, and recieved without any problems. Different sellers, 1 with tracking and the other without, in around 2 weeks.

The package content seems fine, and before BREXIT, i never had any problems with mindnutrition: my friends raccomended me this site back in the day, and we used it multiple times.

The problem is that when these situation happens, its really, really bad this amount of lack of communication. It really is. When i told about this situation during these 3 months of waiting with the people that raccomended me this site, they were genuinely disappointed and kinda speechless about the lack of communication when trying to contact mindnutrition.

Seeing whatsapp messages, ignoring multiple emails, avoiding adressing a refund request, giving insane delay and forcing the user to write multiple times to actually get an answer, is not ok. Especially for orders with this amount of money.

Obviusly this is not entirely on the store, my postal services clearly ask too much information that the user cant possibly provide, but the lack of information in the first place on the package, and lack of communication even with me trying to comply and actually fill all the papers.. definitely didnt help.

Im not giving 1 star because i actually recieved the package, at the end of the day. But thats it, 3/5 is a sufficient experience, and this wasnt.

It seems, from the other reviews that im seeing, that this problem is frequent with italian customers. So i wouldnt order from mindnutrition if i were you, as an italian. Im sure there are good intentions but i wasnt offered any refund, even for the 3 months waiting, and at the time, the site didnt have any extra terms for covid shipment.

I have no problem with the products and price is good but I brought one of the powders which came with no information on how a serving was measured, contacted them to be eventually told there was a 'scoop' inside which is not actually the case , no responses to further emails and the WhatsApp number doesn't work so a wasted product-

Brilliant company to deal with, customer service is one of the best i have come across. Highly recommend to people i know especially those looking for mushroom extracts!

I've been supplementing Neurodrive for the past 3 months and I need to say can already feel the difference.
My focus doesn't waver so much, I remember more stuff and as weird as it sounds...I feel less tempted to distract myself on purpose. As if this was my accountability partner or something.
I tried some cheaper supplements from Amazon before but I didn't feel like they did anything. Probably the quality of substances plays an important role so the guys from MindNutrition did a really good job.
