Picture of Wrap Ring was not representative of the actual ring -- the one I got was more "spread out," which on my wife's small fingers didn't work. Sent pictures and asked for replacement. Was denied. So...returned it and got another ring...all the while the price of gold went up...so penalized twice. Not a good experience.

Got a 24k wedding band from them. After a couple years it stretched so much it wont stay on and is unusable. Only option is to “sell” it back at 10% fee then buy again at a 10% fee. No thank you

I purchased Wave Stacking Ring Set. I wanted 8 1/2 size but they don’t offer in-between sizes and suggested that you supposedly “wear loose” (stated in the website somewhere.) so I got size 9. It looks bit bulky and I don’t really happy with the way it look. I wish I had ordered size 8 which would fit on my other fingers. But that’s what I ordered so it’s my fault. I will just gift it to some family member. It’s ok to buy necklaces or bracelets but next time I purchase an expensive ring I probably should go to a physical jewelry store for shopping for a right fit.

This is a fabulous product. when I received the gold Celtic cross, I was so surprised that it was 2/3 of the size I had pictured in my mind. I was so worried I'd be distressed by receiving a tiny little insignificant thing for an outrageously expensive price I had actually imagined it smaller than I wanted to. When I received it it was the exact same size that I shrunk it down to in my mind. After making a necklace with Jade and pearls with it as the centerpieces I feel a little bit better, but mostly shocked and disappointed with the realization anything I order from mene will most likely be very very very petite for an almost unaffordable price. The craftsmanship is intricate and beautiful and I am grateful that I got this after 3 years of saving up. If I knew it would be so small I would have probably cried and saved up for something bigger and more substantial. I have mixed feelings. The important thing is I got what I paid for, exactly as advertised. Yes, the models Adams apple IS bigger than the cross. Great for delicate petite people. I happen to be a massive dragon man. I'll keep it but I really wish it were bigger and more substantial, especially for how expensive it was!

Purchased a rotating rosary ring from Mene. The rotating band of the ring is far bigger than the ring itself, it doesn't sit flush at all.. so it clangs and rattles around when on your hand. Craftsmanship is poor quality, which is a shame, as the piece would be really nice if not for this. I would include a picture of it if I could to show how much of a gap there is between the ring and the rotating band. It's really poor craftsmanship. The rotating band should be much more flush so it isn't rattling around constantly.

Shoddy craftsmanship to say the least. Not sure whether to return it (and incur lots of fees) or just put up with the bad craftsmanship.

I have 2 pieces from Menē, the narrow octagon ring and the narrow Verona bracelet, both in Pt.
Unfortunately, today I bent the bracelet while doing yard work. I can’t wear it while doing manual labor, I reckon. Shoots!😐
Of course, it is no fault of the company…
I plan on getting another one to wear on my left hand.
I wear my ring on my right hard, and enjoy spinning my ring with the left, grasping it between my thumb and middle finger. It’s fun!

I got a braid ring because I don't have a ring that fits. I don't take it off and do work all day. It hasn't slipped of finger like smooth inside ones. The yellow is different to other kt! It may bend once but to your finger shape and better fits now. Joe

I bought a paperclip necklace from Mene for $1840, hoping to get a durable and elegant piece of jewelry. However, I was very disappointed when one of the clips broke in less than 7 weeks. I did not do anything to damage the necklace, It was wore normally. I contacted Mene customer service, expecting them to offer me a repair or a replacement, but they basically told me to go find a jewelry store to fix it myself. They did not care about my satisfaction or their reputation. I think this is unacceptable for such an expensive and supposedly high-quality product. I would not recommend buying their chains, they are not worth the risk. You can find better quality and service elsewhere.

Awesome customer service and great quality jewelry. Well worth the money will definitely keep purchasing from mene, ever since I found out mene specialized in pure 24k that is all I have been buying. Strongly recommend mene and don't fall for the lies of 24k being "too soft" that is a LIE.

I bought the 10g cube pendant and a 21" heavy rounded box chain. Both in gold. I really like these pieces, but if I were to criticize I would point out that the lobster-clasp is frustratingly, ridiculously, infuriatingly tiny. I have a cheap 10K gold chain with a lobster clasp three times the size and it is worth its weight in... Of course, the "free" 18k clasp is small to save them money. Perhaps this helps with securing the chain, but it does not help putting it on in a timely fashion by yourself. I would gladly pay a little bit more for a larger clasp.

Mene: consider providing an option at checkout to pay extra for a bigger clasp?

I bought a platinum ring from them a week later. No hard feelings.

p.s. There may also be the factor of wearing their pendants and charms. The loop accompanying the clasp on my 10k chain will not fit through the hole on Mene's 10g cube pendant. Can Mene make their lobster clasp bigger while keeping the smaller loop on the other end of the chain to fit their pendants? I don't know. Personally, I would not wear anything on a 24K chain due to scratching and wear.
