Received a little while ago. Quality medallion piece, only issue was it arrived with one tiny scratch next to the Mary but was slightly overweight. I’m still happy with it though.

Great little/thin bracelet...it will be…

Great little/thin bracelet...it will be my daily wear. Simple and minimal. Color of 24K is amazing. Waiting for larger bracelets to become available with a lobster clasp. Custom sizes/lengths would be great addition to the line up for necklaces and bracelets!

The gold value doesn’t match what you recieve

The gold value they display on there site per item isn’t the current gold value. I received a partial refund because the ring was listed at 10.15 grams and I received it at 9.83 grams. When you sell people on INVESTMENT GOLD. It’s probably not good customer relations to then short them on gold value. I will give them credit and why it wasn’t a 1 because they refunded partial payment. It wasn’t easy, in an email from customer service, Luanne, it sounded like they would refund me. When I called them and Luanne answered she made it sound that I would not get a refund because in their TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the gold can be plus or minus .50 grams. Which I find it ironic they put that in their Terms and Conditions because they know most people won’t read it and it covers them. Eventually, Luanne provided a refund, but I felt like it was not easy to get one. I think being off by .32 grams is a lot and pricey. I will say the packaging was secure and included a book from the owner, certifications which were faded (they sent me new ones). The platinum piece was heavier so I will give credit where it is due.

The jewelry came as advertised but broke!

The jewelry came as advertised, however the bracelet I ordered (37 grams) broke after my wife wore it for just a handful of occasions!

There was a link on the bracelet that was not properly sealed.

For such a premium over the gold spot price (40%) - I would expect higher craftsmanship.

Platinum labeling

I bought a platinum ring for my partner. She wears a 7.5 so I bought a 7 and we are having it resized. The jeweler had never heard of Mene so did a little web research and found it. Where he didn't doubt the rings authenticity (after seeing the website anyway) he pointed out that the platinum ring is inscribed "24k". Platinum is labeled in "fineness" and this, if done by standards, would be inscribed fineness 1000 or simply 1000. He reasoned that the manufacturer process for the gold ring (which was not a realistic choice for an everyday ring as it would be beat to hell in a week it being so soft) was not changed for the platinum version.
Apart from that its been a 5 star experience, the ring is beautiful and everyone is happy.

Matthew Borins VP of Customer care and Nicole provides horrible customer service and kept canceling my order!!! shady person asks to send my id and cc photo and still cancels order. would not recommend and would never use their service again

Edit: "Wire" us the money on 2k product? what a joke that's how fraud/scam works. What company asks for wire transfer without knowing if/when a customer will get the product. Company that tries to scam customer isn't something I want to be part of. You are the one that asked me to order new with an address I will be located in... what a joke

I also,checked the bank and everything is updated and good to go funny company.

Returns for store credit take a long time

I love the jewelry I kept, including the arrow ring, a beautiful chain and a bracelet. However, I had to return several other items because they didn't fit right on me (though very nice pieces). My complaint is about the amount of time it is taking to get customer credit for replacement pieces. I was going to use credit for a gift, but it's taking more than 2 weeks after Mene received the items. I'm disappointed with the delays. However I can't say enough how lovely the products are. Sizing can be a challenge but otherwise it's gorgeous and comfortable to wear.

Could've wrapped both items individually

Mene products are very nice and reasonable, and I like the website. My recent order could've been better, as I order two items for Christmas. When the orders arrived they were boxed and wrapped into a single package. Although the gift was for a single person, I had wanted both items individually wrapped. What if the items were for two separate persons? Disappointed with this action, as I wanted the person to get two separately wrapped gifts.

I like the pendant I bought

I like the pendant I bought, and I am happy with the customer support. I don't know if it was just me or you guys are doing this with every customer, but I received an identity request e-mail, which I saw by mere chance because it was in my junk mailbox. The correspondence that followed took some additional time and I received my purchase literally in the last minute! Also please open a store/shipping location in Canada! charms and bracelet do not stay in place

I recently received my Classic bracelet and 4 charms. I think there should be mention that because the gold is heavy, the charms will always slide down, under your wrist. The pictures of course don't show exactly how they will end up as they are posed to have their hand up and the charms arranged so that it does not slide down. In reality, we don't walk around or sit with our hand up instead our hand is often down and when you do, the charms slide down on both sides and end up underneath your wrist and therefore, I'm constantly moving the charms upwards. I'm not sure what the solution is. Unless there's a solution, I have to give three stars. I think there's some misrepresentation without mention of this. The charms are really small but cute and well made but unless there's a hook that would hold the charms in place like most charms do, this may not be something I will be wearing all the time. Unfortunately, I invested to purchase this bracelet and 4 charms and was hoping to wear often but I don't think I can.,
