Far preferred the service available in store & disappointed its now online only when it has some fabulous products for sale id like to see before putchase. On this occasion i purchased some earrings which arrived in a cheap muslin bag that could have been from anywhere shoved inside a Jiffy bag. I would have preferred a small mememe bag since it was a Mother's Day gift. The earrings however were beautiful & as pictured on the site. I loved having a wander around the old shop & although I would buy online again as they are a trusted & professional company it would be great if they could address the standard of their postal packaging in future.

I purchased four Chamilia silver beads which were on sale at half price - a fantastic saving. I paid £7.50 for special delivery to insure them and they were delivered the very next morning. One slight problem, one of the beads has a birth stone and I was sent June's instead of the darker February which I ordered. I contacted MeMeMe, who were apologetic and said I could return it for an exchange, however I have since decided to keep it. Apart from that I am impressed with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Me Me Me - He he he, laughing all the way to the bank, saved a fair bit cash compared to High Street prices. Purchased Chamilia bracelet and three charms all arrive mega quick and no complaints here about packaging, definately would recommend and yes I would not hesitate to order again.

Just taken delivery of a dozen Trollbeads and a clasp. All arrived, rattling around, in the one organza bag with a folded (and battered) Trollbeads card box in the envelope. Fortunately this was not a gift so it's only me that gets to see the lack of packaging but I would have been VERY disappointed if I had bought this for someone else as it looks more like a delivery from a cheapskate eBay seller! I would buy again from this site for myself but would shop elsewhere for a gift.

Ordered some nice goods on sale for a very good price and got them the next day as the bracelets had so called diamonds on them so had to choose the first class insured delivery option although I did not mind to wait for a few days. Happy with purchases although the bracelet are quite large and non-adjustable. My only gripe with this order is that neither bracelets came with certificates of quality so I doubt the diamonds are real but rather swaroski crystals or similar. Would have been nice to have a certificate for each bracelet about the authenticity of each "diamond".

I ordered a charm bead which, in the 'blurb' on the website, suggested it could be engraved - I was invited to email Mememe with the details, which I duly did. The bead was dispatched very quickly - too quickly, in fact, which suggested it hadn't been engraved. On arrival, I was right - no engraving.

Upon emailing Mememe, I was rather rudely told that they don't offer an engraving service. I enquired as to why it says they do on the site... I am still awaiting a reply. Oddly enough, the item has now been removed from the website.

I have had excellent service from Mememe in the past, but, sadly, will not be using them in future as I feel so disappointed that this personal gift is now worthless and I have to return it at a considerable cost to myself.

I ordered a Trollbead and found the whole experience excellent. The website was really easy to use, I received email confirmation of my order and the bead arrived very quickly. It was well packaged with the Trollbead pouch and box flat packed in the envelope. I would definitely use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I have bought several items which have been dispatched promptly. For telephone queries staff are friendly & helpful and if necessary return a call quickly with the information requested. I would certainly buy from them again.

This is the 2nd order I've made,and as usual the service and goods were excellent!.Will be buying more in the future.
Just a note about another review below this about sterling silver items.If an item of silver (or gold) is below a certain weight then it is not obliged to have a full set of hallmarks,stating that it is silver in the description is sufficient.

My tassel earnings were an excellent price and they arrived very quickly. Mememe had attached a hook to the tassels which was unnecessary as they are designed to fit on the Chamelia hoops. In fact I HAD to remove the hooks in order to put beads on the tassels. But I'm grateful for the hooks which I'll use for other earrings...

Bought some beads for my partner that you can't get in shops, she was very pleased with the product and I was pleased with the prices :-) . Delivery was very quick even though it was free p&p, can't complain with that. Would recommend this company without a doubt........thanks

My order came very quickly, but I was n ot in so had to go and fetch it. I am pleased with the beads especially the jubilee crown as it was not available elsewhere. And I got a sweetie :-)

Trollbeads ordered, arrived in record time, however, although the silver beads are fine, the quality of the glass beads is poor, one is not hall marked and is misshapen and not of the quality I would expect from a Trollbead. I will not be using this site again, as I am not happy with the goods received.

My order was despatched quickly and I liked that I was kept up to date on order status via email. The website is a little clunky and slow to use, but other than that I received very good service and would definitely recommend Mememe to my friends and family.

Having researched thoroughly a reputable web site for purchasing Chamelia beads i came across this web site which offered the best price for the beads and followed it up with superfast delivery more or less the day after i ordered with them.I would most definetely return again to purchase from them and recommend them 110% for their speedy and efficient service -5 STARS *****
