Kundenservice kümmert sich nicht.
Wir haben extra in diesem Shop bestellt, da auch ein Expressversand angeboten wird. Es ging um ein dringendes Geschenk, deswegen waren wir bereit, den entsprechendend hohen Aufpreis zu bezahlen für die Express-Lieferung nach Deutschland.
Der feierliche Anlass ist nun schon längst vorüber, wir standen mit leeren Händen da - das Geld ist weg, der Schmuckanhänger hängt nun wohl schon seit über eine Woche beim Zoll fest, wo angeblich seit ebenfalls einer Woche erfolglos auf Rückmeldung von Gemondo gewartet wird. Es geht nichts voran.
Auf meine Anfragen wurde nicht reagiert - mittlerweile auch Anfrage zu Erstattung der Express-Gebühr und / oder Stornierung; wir mussten schließlich kurzfristig ein Ersatz-Geschenk besorgen.
Nicht zu empfehlen!
