I ordered stuff 22/06/25 and still never received anything you need to either send me my money or the product i ordered

Ordered 3 months ago, order never came, didn’t get any help trying to track it, clearly a scam

They never shipped the parcel,

and since I was exposing them and advising people to report them and get their money back, they blocked me on their social media.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!

No items ever sent and refund not processed - avoid this company is a total scam.

Stay away this company is a scam. Paid for my order on 9th January 2026, order never arrived and no reply to my multiple emails. Have opened a dispute with my bank.

Under the label Virex advertising and selling coloured lenses glasses.

However despite making out it’s a large company it’s not. He doesn’t even have them in stock and doesn’t respond to emails.

Clearly using social media to scam people.

Ordered and paid for faster order processing and enhanced shipping yet 3 weeks later still nothing. Their customer service is shocking with no response from numerous emails and instagram messages, really disappointed!

What a joke of a company placed a order on 22/12/25 and still waiting for the order on 12/1/26 and can't get a refund because there's no answer from customer support

Ordered in may 2025 and had nothing through, after several emails in June they replied saying they were having warehouse issues. They didn’t deliver still and have since stopped replying to emails. It’s essentially a scam. They try to alleviate your concern long enough to stop you claiming your money back through the bank then ignore you.

Awful. Ordered Christmas presents 13th December and paid extra for 24 hour processing. Sent 2 emails and got no response. They finally posted on 30th December and arrived 5th Jan and still haven’t replied to my emails. Awful customer service, slow shipping and products aren’t great either - they look like they have been dropshipped from China and the packaging reflects this

I put on an order on the 11th December for a Christmas present and selected express delivery (2-3 working days). I have received nothing and no reply to either my email or Instagram message.
Really disappointed as have ordered from this company previously and didn’t have an issue last year.
If this doesn’t arrive before Christmas I want a refund!!

Items do not get sent to you. I ordered successfully a couple of years ago and decided to order again. However this time my items have not been sent and nobody responds to emails

I haven't received my order which I ordered well over a month ago. Was going to be a Christmas present. Feel very upset that I put my trust in this company which have taken my money but not given me my goods. I've tried sending message to ask politely what is happening with my order but no reply.

Ordered 8th June. Now late November and not delivered. Asked for more information and then a refund many times via email, no replies after they said they were investigating it, refund not provided.

I ordered two items at the beginning of the year, & waited for confirmation, some confusion between mission, & courier,( nothing forthcoming) ordered two more items, &; again nothing forthcoming, that was 4 months ago, so much for quick delivery

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Ordered in March this year and I still haven’t received the order!!! (It’s November) every time I email they say it’s “on its way” which is a load of crap. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM

DO NOT ORDER!!! I placed an order on the 15th Aug 2025, it is now 29th Oct 2025 & im still waiting for it!! I have sent numerous emails asking when I should expect it after weeks of asking i have now been asking for them to cancel & refund my money. No one responds to any emails!! If i could give 0 star i would. I wish I read reviews first before ordering.

Placed an order several months ago (Order number #M24309) but did not receive my order.
Have been in touch with Mision Support who were helpful to start off with but after being reassured that the issue would be resolved they are no longer replying to emails.
I am hopeful that the investigation in to the missing order is still underway and the items I have payed for do eventually turn up but after several months I’m not holding my breath.
Hopefully the order arrives soon and if it does I will update/edit my review but as of now I can’t help but feel ripped off.

I placed my order on the 21st of March 2025. And as of yet my items have still not arrived. Everytime I have emailed them they have said that they have experienced warehouse difficulties and that my order is under investigation. And they would be in contact. Now they no longer reply to my emails. I feel very let down by the whole experience I would not recommend purchasing anything from mision as you may find yourself going through the same difficulties and wasting your money and not getting your money back or your items delivered
