alors je suis aller dans cette hotel a lyon 7em et très franchement il y a du bon et du mauvais deja lors de ma réservation j'ai demandé a pouvoir avoir ma chambre avant 15h on ma de suite répondu oui avec 15 euros en plus sa je trouve que c'est du vol après quoi j'arrive a l'hotel parking payant 15 euros la journée et aller allons y plus on pique de l'argent plus on s'enrichie vous croyez pour la chambre coté propreté rien a redire sauf une duche petite mais bon deja il y en a une par contre il fournisse les serviettes (sans gant je précise) le seche cheveux encore faut t'il qu'il fonctionne pas comme celui que j'avais pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain et la chambre pourtant c'etait en debut mars et les nuits etait encore bien fraiche donc j'ai eu froid coté électriqueles lumières au plafond fonctionne lumières de cheveux et au dessus de la table ne fonctionnais pas j'ai but un café a la réception qui etait fort cmme tous on vous donne juste un sucre sans en proposer au moins deux j'ai bus 2 chocolat au fond coté bar le premier aucun gout et pas chaud le deuxième j'ai signaler pour le gout bon il a été meilleur mais toujours peu chaud le jour de mon départ j'en ais pris un a la réception pareil pas de gout et presque pas chaud et le pire dans tous sa j'ai loer pour deux nuit donc chez moi sa va de 15h a 15h mais non si vous prenez la chambre avant 15h il vous fond payer 15 euros par contre il faux la rendre a 11h de 11h a 15h cela fait 4h et bizarrement la on ne propose pas de vous déduire 15 euros de votre facture se qui ma le plus choqué c'est l'histoire de faire payer le parking certe il est fermer mais il devrait au moins y avoir un parking gratuit pour les client même si il es pas sécurisé donc très franchement je dis retourné sur lyon le 20 avril mais je ne réserverais pas a cette hotel le personnel a la réception est sympa rien a redire par contre si vous croisé des agents d'entretien ne vous attendez surtout pas a un bonjour de leurs part donc je suis relativement déçu car j'ai certain principes et il y en a qui ne son pas super chez meinninger et quand je voieque l'on dit plus bas que cette avisse rapporte à mon expérienceet qu'on ne ma offert aucun incitatif très franchement j'éclate de rire car on vous fait tous payer donc il est certain qu'on va rien vous donner pour écrire un avis

Très satisfaite de mon séjour , belle accueille, propre , bon service, petit déjeuner équilibré et pas cher.il ya même un parking pour 15€ la journée 👍 sachant qu'à l'extérieur c'est très très chère.

Das Meininger Hotel in Frankfurt war gut und Sauber. 20.00€ / Nacht fürs Parken fanden wir aber etwas frech.

I was amazed at the treatment Meininger Hotel Vienna received by refusing to refund even a portion or change dates and not even allowing us to book again. I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
Also they lied to us, the hotel is open but we cancel we will get nothing, and on their website it is not possible to book for the particular dates because of covid. This is an hotel company that seeks money, not a passion for hospitality. You prefer to stick to your policy rather than welcoming your guest in the best possible way in times of crisis. Then politics is the only thing left to you. Shameful

das Hotel hat mir die falsche Bestätigung geschickt. Ich habe Flex gebucht, also damit ich kurzfristig stornieren kann. Aber das wurde so in der Bestätigung im Kleingedruckten geändert und gab keine Möglichkeit dies anzupassen.

Booked to stay here for with a large group in march 2020. Obviously due to the pandemic the hotel change the booking to march 2021. Then the pandemic hit again and i tried to change the booking to 2022 but was informed it was against company policy to change the date again. They let me change the date for later in the year but this is obviously unacceptable for the trip. Now we face a cancellation fee of €1300. The hotel I feel is taking advantage of the pandamic by issuing cancellation fees on changed bookings. The original booking didnt have a cancellation fee. The contact fron the hotel has been terrible. I must have sent 10 emails this week and finally got a reply saying the same automated rubbish about company policy, and how theres no chance of changing the date for next year.

Kloakken på badeværelset lugter virkelig grimt og de fikser det ikke når man beder dem gøre det. Derudover er der meget beskidt på værelset

Ich bewerte hier das Hotel in Greencity, Zürich.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war das Hotel noch ganz neu. Wir waren recht zufrieden.

Es liegt halt schon eher am Stadtrand, aber immerhin gibt es relativ nah eine Schnellbahn ins Zentrum (S4). Der Preis war fast unglaublich günstig, dafür holen sie es teilweise mit den Zusätzen wieder rein: Parking, Frühstück u.a.

Aber ich will hier nicht zu viel vom Negativen sprechen. Das wäre bei dem bezahlten Preis jammern auf hohem Niveau...

Excellent rapport qualité prix, l’hôtel est neuf, les chambres sont très propre, et le personnel de l’accueil est très agréable. J’ai apprécié l’espace cuisine très pratique.

Ich war schön öfters bei Meininger Hostals.
Die Preise sind fair, die Zimmer gut, besonders das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

We were due to stay at the Meininger Hotel in Amsterdam in April 2020 but due to the pandemic and after asking many times, they let us postpone once. They collected payment over a month before we were due to stay in April without informing us and confirming by email. We rebooked for October 2020. Since then the Netherlands is no longer on the safe corridor for travelling from England so we would not be insured, our flights have been cancelled twice, we have young children and cannot take risks. We have told them about our situation but they will not refund, postpone or even let us transfer to another hotel in their group as a gesture of goodwill. Their emails are abrupt and lacking in good customer care. I would never book with this chain again! Avoid.

Left speechless at the treatment received by Meininger Hotel Amsterdam Amstel by refusing to refund, even a part of our full 5 days accommodation and not even letting us re book because we did not have a direct booking. Horrendous attitude and DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER. Plus they lied to us the hotel is open and threatening that if we cancel we won't get back anything, and on their website you couldn't book for the particular dates because, guess what, A PANDEMIC. Pretending the hotel is operating when is actually not is one of the lowest level of excuse I have seen. This is the type of hospitality company that is in for the money, not the passion for hospitality or making their guests' happiness their number one priority. You prefer to stick to your policy than accommodate your guest the best way you can in times of crisis. Then the policy is the only thing you will be left with. Ridiculous

I stayed there one night prior to departing from Schonefeld airport. A normal, decent and worth its price hotel. All you need is there. Clean bathroom was a great advantage, and the bed was very comfortable. Internet working perfectly and the space of the room was more than enough for one person. A/C and heating worked fine - no problems at all. In the lobby I had pasta and a drink before my evening trip to city center - it was quick and tasty. All that you can expect for the price paid.
I stayed at the MEININGER Hotel Berlin Flughafen.

cette étoile pour accéder à la fenêtre, parce que sinon ça vaut zero
ne vous laissez pas tenter par cette arnaquevous payez d'avance et aucune annulation possible si votre voyage doit être reporté
(cause grêve dans les transports ...par exemple)
plutôt choisir un bon vieil hotel traditionnel avec un vrai service client

MEININGER Hotel Berlin Mitte est à éviter.
Pas de palce de park mâme pour décharger la voiture.
Le plus proche est à 20 minutes à pied pour 20 euros la nuit.
Hôtel au plutôt auberge est bruyant les minuscules chambres avec mobiliers vétuste sans aucun confort.
Petit déjeuner dans une salle digne d'un refuge sur des table nues à débarrasser soi même.
Notre expérience de octobre 2019 était désastreuse et raccourcie.
Nous avons passé les nuits suivantes dans un meilleur établissement pour mois cher.

Agréablement surprise, je recommande le Meininger East Side Gallery de Berlin:
Positifs: Salle de bain ( séche-cheveux, savons mains et gel douche dans leur support, mouchoirs jetables, 2 serviettes par clients, Chambre assez grande avec différents endroits pour ranger ses petits effets, propre, télé écran plat, endroit calme. Ménage fait tous les jours, serviettes changées. WiFi: prendre celui dont il faut faire le code qui est le nom de l'hôtel, il est pus stable. Bien situé: à 2 minutes de Ostbanhof, où se trouve des boutiques, petits restaurants ou fast foods, au -1 il y a 3 magasins aimentaires, il y a les transports S-bahn ( les 2 derniers quais -9 et 11 je crois- sont pour les S-Bahn en fonction des directions et ceux d'avant pour les trains de banlieue ou d'autres villes ). Il y a des trains pour l'aéroport Schonfeld en 30 minutes maximums pour le semi-direct. Il y a entre la gare et l'hôtel 1,3 km du Mur de Berlin peint en Street-Art, c'est la East Side Gallery à ciel ouvert, donc, gratuit ( on voit de la chambre un petit morceau, c'est agréable ). A 20 min à pied ou 2 stations de métro de l'Alexanderplatz. Hôtel hyper bien situé, aucun regret. J'ai réservé directement sur leur site c'est moins cher, puis, j'ai imprimé tout de suite la confirmation, heureusement, car ils ne me l'ont pas envoyé par mail ( je leur ai quand même envoyé un mail des semaines après pour avoir une confirmation de leur part, chose, qui a été faite rapidement ).
- Négatifs: pas mal de cheveux à nôtre arrivée dans la salle de bain et la poubelle de la salle de bain, ma fille de 3 ans a eu un peu peur et perso j'ai trouvé ça dégoûtant, le lendemain aussi on en a retrouvé après le ménage et après c'était nickel.
Très bien pour un hôtel petit budget. Très satisfaite!

I reserved a bed in a female-only dorm at the Urban hostel in Copenhagen through Hostelworld. When I got there I was informed that no female-only beds were available and that I would have to share a mixed-gender dorm. This made me feel unsafe, which I expressed to the receptionist but was told there was nothing they could do. I asked for a refund but was told they could not give me refund then and someone would be in touch the day after. This didn't happen. Almost a week after I had to get in touch with them and chase the hostel several times until I received a full refund several weeks after. At the time (this was late on a Friday during the holidays) every hostel in the city was booked so I had to book a hotel and paid last minute, which of course far more expensive. When I contacted the hostel and Hostelworld later about the situation, I was simply told that hostels sometimes overbook and this can happen. I don't recommend this hostel. And I don't recommend booking through Hostelworld.

I would like to take this chance to express again how scared I felt at the prospect of sleeping in a mixed dorm, which led me to pay more for a single room, more than twice the price of this hostel and what I had budgeted for, though it was the cheapest room I could find at the time. In the future, I would ask you to endeavour not to put another woman through the pain I experienced at your hostel by ensuring women are not forced to share with men against their wishes. If I did not have the means and the opportunity to book a hotel room at late notice I would have found such an experience anxiety-inducing, upsetting and not at all restful.
