90 Minuten Warteschlange am Aurport Salzburg. Nie wieder!!! Es ist unverschämt so viele Kunden anzunehmen wie man nicht bedienen kann! Mal sehen ob ich dann auch noch abgezckt werde wie die Vorbewerter. Dieses Unternehmen ist hoffentlich bald vom Markt.

They are thieves. Do not rent from these People. We paid for full insurance (which was extortionate, 30 euros a day), They pretended there was damage under the front fender. We could not see anything and had not had any collision of any kink. They made us sign a form in German and said it did not matter since we had full insurance. Then we found out later they had deducted 340 euros from our credit card.

There was €90 of extra fees when I arrived, and none of it matched the ticket. I rented a BMW 1 series or equivalent. I got a Skoda rapid. A Skoda rapid is not equivalent to a BMW 1 series

I have received a €52.64 charge on my credit card. ??? I don't know what for as I already paid €42.14 for the car for 4 days. I had my own yearly access insurance. The car was checked and I signed that all was ok as did the guy who checked the car on return.
So yes..rip off company.

Worst company I ever used for car rent! They will charge you for all they could and even for what you've never thought about. Crossing borders in Europe +50, dust on your rear mirror +50, almost invisible scratch +150 euro and so on. I would never use that company and would suggest to avoid that company at all costs.

Bereits bei der Ankunft am Flughafen Bratislava mussten wir eine geschlagene halbe Stunde warten, bis sich die Mitarbeiterin bequemt hat, sich in ihr Büro zu setzen.
Zu dem Zeitpunkt hatten bereits mehrere wartende Personen die Telefonnummer am Container angerufen.

Bei der Übergabe hat sie uns gesagt, es wäre bereits alles bezahlt (hatte mich zwar gewundert, weil ich eigentlich nur eine Anzahlung geleistet hatte, aber da auf dem Vertrag vor Ort der korrekte Preis war, war das für uns ok) und uns dann zum Fahrzeug geschickt.
Das Übergabeprotokoll haben wir vorab bekommen, mit dem Hinweis, dass wir etwaige vergessene Schäden einfach fotografieren sollen.

Am Fahrzeug war alles in Ordnung - es waren keine Schäden, es war recht neuwertig, sauber und vollgetankt.
Am Auto gab es definitiv nichts zu meckern - deshalb 2 Sterne.

Nach drei Tagen wollten wir das Fahrzeug zurückgeben....
Leider war weder auf dem Parkplatz, noch am Bürocontainer jemand anwesend.
Auch auf mehrfachen telefonischen Versuch jemanden zu erreichen kam niemand - nachdem wir fast eine Stunde gewartet haben, kam unser Bus und wir haben die Schlüssel einfach in den Containerbriefkasten geworfen.

So weit so gut ......

Bei der Abrechnung dann der Hammer - statt 32 Euro wurden uns 91 Euro abgebucht - ohne Rechnung, Erklärung oder sonstiges.
Auf Nachfrage über den Vermittler (Check24) kam nach 6 Wochen (!) eine Rechnung, auf der Flughafengebühren und eine Reinigungspauschale ausgewiesen waren.
Die Flughafengebühr hatten wir eigentlich über Check24 bereits beglichen und - weder in den ABG noch im Vertrag - war eine Reinigungsgebühr erwähnt.
Machen kann man jetzt natürlich auch nichts mehr.

Für mich eine absolute Abzocke, da ich von hier aus jetzt nichts mehr machen und veranlassen kann.
Das Lehrgeld wird mir für Megadrive definitiv eine Lehre sein :(

This company is a joke. You rent a car from them and you end up with their sister company Buchbinder.
You chose a category "OPEL ASTRA or similar" and they want to give you a Dacia Sandrero and no other option.
They give you a car with winter tyres in July when the weather is 30+ degrees Celsius.
I returned the car and there was no one to check and examine. They said they would send me the receipt the next day. 3 days past still no receipt.
Try to avoid, worth paying more for some decent company.

Tudo começou quando me entregaram um carro que não estava abastecido 100% - No papel dizia que estava completo e no marcador mostrava completo, mas no computador de bordo, em todo tempo que dirigi da forma tranquilo e econômica que dirijo, dizia que o carro fazia 5.5 L/100Km e rodei por 500 km antes de abastecer pela primeira vez, o que deveria ter gasto 27,5 Litros de Diesel, mas quando fui abastecer tive de colocar 32,5 litros para ficar perfeitamente completo, ou seja, o tanque estava com 5 litros a menos quando peguei.
Aluguei o carro com todos os seguros, taxas e coberturas possíveis e disponíveis por eles, paguei pelo pedágio e ainda disse que ia a 5 países diferentes pagando também uma taxa por isso. Mesmo estando cientes de tudo isso, e mesmo eu pagando pelos pedágios, o atendente disse que o pedágio era válido para a Áustria e nos demais países eu teria de pagar por cada pedágio, em dinheiro ou cartão, somente quando fosse passar na guarita da cancela. Mas acontece que em países como a Eslovênia não existe lugar para pagamento em Cash ou cartão na passagem do pedágio, é obrigatório o selo colado no para-brisa e isso é bem diferente da informação que ele tinha me dado. Resumindo, levei uma multa de 150 euros e pode ser que tenha levado outras em outras passagens também. Era dever de uma empresa que faz esse tipo de serviço, pelo menos saber informar corretamente aos clientes, uma vez que eles estavam cientes que eu ia para estes países e além do mais, eu paguei por isso também, eles cobraram 45 euros de taxa por eu ir a estes países e ainda me informaram tudo errado sendo que eu pedi e paguei pelo selo de pedágio para não ter essa dor de cabeça.
Estava em viagem de lua de mel e não queria problemas nem transtornos nenhum, por isso paguei pelos seguros máximos, taxas totais e pedágios. Se fosse qualquer outra locadora, como a Sixt, por exemplo, tenho certeza que teriam me avisado, pois sempre que tive um problema resolveram prontamente e eficientemente. Espero que a empresa faça o ressarcimento dessa multa e também de outras que por ventura possam ter ocorrido, pois do caso contrário tomarei as medidas judiciais cabíveis além de nunca mais fazer negócios com esta empresa.

And when we have returned the car they have succeeded to find some small
Scratch at the edge of the rim. Although they have marked another damage at the back of the bumper that was already there, they have decided that the scratch on the rim was made by us and we were charged 530 for this damage.
I have tried to cancel this charge with megadrive customer service
But they were very unfriendly and uncooperative.
If you look at TripAdvisor you will find a special forum for megadrive scams at Vienna and Budapest offices...

habe schlechte erfahrungen gemacht, aufgrund der Mitarbeiter dort. Schwacher Laden. Preise mögen okay sein, allerdings nur Probleme und null Kulanz

At Budapest airport, be aware. Upon returning, at the parking lot nobody was there to check the car. I went then inside the terminal to the desk, nobody was there too, even though it was 10 am. I left the keys and documents inside the box. After some hours I got an email by them notifying me that the tank was not full. But the tank was full, I refilled it in a gas station 1km from the airport (by the way, they are ordering to use only this gas station and not others), I have the bill from the gas station.
They charged me 45 euros. They also charged me 45 euros for cross border fee, which was not explained me during my check in.
If you don't want to waste time and money, stay away from this company.

Ich habe eine sehr negative Erfahrung mit dem Unternehmen gehabt, bezieht sich auf die Filiale im Flughafen Innsbruck! Die haben von mir 169€ geschenkt bekommen, da ich aus Versehen meine Buchung um 1 Tag falsch gebucht hatte.
Umplanen bzw. stornieren wollten die nicht, mit der Begründung ich sei ca. 30 Minuten zu spät mit dem Anliegen gekommen, obwohl das nicht stimmt.
Die Mitarbeiter dort sind sehr unfreundlich und arrogant! Kulanz oder Versuch dem Kunden zu helfen ist hier ein Fremdwort!
