Quick, efficient and easy to use. Helps keep a log of who is in the building and can be used for emergency purposes i.e. evacuation.

In the handful of times I've had to make contact, no matter what the issue, it's always been well received and the issue has been resolved quickly and efficiently.

e-Reception is a brilliant signing in system. We implemented it quite recently at our office (school based) and found it to be a very useful asset to have.

It is is quick and easy for staff and visitors to sign in and out of the offices. The contactless signing option via the app for staff or by scanning a QR code for visitors is an invaluable feature especially during these difficult times of Covid-19.

The staff at media base are friendly, knowlageable and quick to respond to queries or requests for additional support. The back end of e-Reception is easy to access and clear to understand.

I would definately recommend e-Reception as a signing in solution for schools.

Excellent product and very good value for money. Very flexible to setup so for our small school we can personalise screens and implement just the features we need.
