From the first time I contacted Mediabase Direct, I have always been dealt with very well. The staff are very helpful and knowledgable. The service itself is excellent and I can’t recommend Mediabase Direct highly enough.

Fantastic product, great track and trace facility, a great addition to our governance and compliance

A good management system which has clearly removed many previous issues relying on paper based systems.
Visitors to the home such as relatives, trades, medical and entertainers have taken to the system making monitoring who is in the home and for how long a valuable management tool.
Additionally, being able to go back into the records also removes any doubt should a situation arise where there is a conflict of dates visited.
The recent addition of using the hands free option by smart phone check in, is particularly useful especially in these difficult times with Covid to consider and limiting the use of touch as far as practically possible.
Probably the best system around considering all the benefits against previous practices.

This is an excellent system and I’ve been able to adapt it for COVID screening too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for any business. All staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful over the phone.

Introduction of the e-Reception Book has moved us into the 21st C

Hello, e-reception is user friendly and straight forward to use.

The dash board is easy to navigate.

E-reception is a great asset to our school. Our staff have adapted very easily to the new signing in system.

I can't praise MediaBase Direct and their e-Reception Book any higher. The product just works in exactly the way it needs to, and is often updated to reflect what is required in the current circumstances. They are regularly adding features that add to the way it is used making it a useful everyday product and much more than just a checking in/out tool. The customer service is faultless and they are always happy to help. Highly recommend.

Signing in during 2020/21 -unprecedented but memorable!
We have had a positive experience with our new signing in system although it is still new, shiny and not being used at capacity due to the year of lockdown....It is nonetheless, the system that can support our school when life returns to normal!
The system set up ran smoothly and all support and instructions have been clear, concise and timely.

A really great device and, having looked at others, much more affordable for a small school such as ours. Very simple to use and has everything you would want with such an application. We replaced our paper visitor's book and this gives us a very valuable tool for fire drills as it gives on the spot information on who is within school at any time, unlike class registers.

Great service, easy to use and there is always someone available at the end of the phone to answer any queries. We looked at a number of options before going with MBD but we are certain that we made the right choice - we get exactly what we need!

Took a bit of getting used to it, but better than keeping a paper copy. Everything now stored electronically.

We have been using the e-Reception book system for just over a year now, and its been a great addition for our receptions. It has moved us all online, no longer needing to archive paper visitor books!
