This is very good time saving and far more streamlined way of keeping track of staff visitors children contractor's visiting the school along with the added Covid questionnaire it complies with all of our requirements

Once we started to use the ereception it made processes within the home a better experience as it combines so many things. In line with all that has happened over the last 12 months, this combines logging staff in, temperature records, feedback, fire register as well as all the visitors to the home. I think the ereception is brilliant

Our system allows us to track and identify all of our staff and visitors. The Q code enables us to continue using the system within the lockdown period.

A reasonably priced product which allows us to monitor staff and pupil attendance adequately, allows visitors to sign in and view fire & safeguarding procedures and portable to allow us to use during a fire drill.

The system has worked well and exactly as it was described to us. when we have required information the team have got back to us in good time and have been able to assist with good knowledge.

We have had a great experience with the ebook reception - it is clean, easy to use, gives us the information we need re: visitors on site and doesn't take long to sign in - others we looked at were extremely laborious!
In fact I have just recommended it to a local school, Egglescliffe CE Primary, who are in the process of submitting an order in the coming days.

Impressed with how quickly they came up with a non-touch option. Simple to use and gives a great impression to visitors - very slick!

MediaBase has certainly made our lives easier in the school office. We now know EXACTLY who is on or offsite at any time and this is a Godsend when we have a fire evacuation.

Its easy to use has ongoing updates which has updated the system use for the ongoing Covid situation and much more. I was having trouble and I emailed and got a call within 10 mins, I did explain to the person on the call that I wasn't that good with technology and to please be patient which she was. Talked me thru every single step, even called me back when I said that I would be ok and I clearly wasnt. Very helpful thank you
