Very easy to use and maintain, its been personalised with our livery and creates a very professional first impression, support is readily available if needed, compared to our previous system the benefits are immense, staff are notified of visitors or when parcels arrive, dont think we could go back

We are very pleased with ereception book and features they offer from MediaBase. All our customers appreciate contactless check in and check out system. The ereception book ensures that our workplace can be COVID-19 secure by monitoring how many people are in the building at the same time. Our reception looks professional and it is a great way to present your brand.

What amazing systems Mediabase Direct have developed, I have worked 15+ years as front of house and what a difference the visitor and mailroom has done to make my job easier, obtaining information, document signing etc. without the wastage of visitor and/or parcel management books.
With increasing demands of personal package deliveries in the workplace the mailroom system has helped with time management so I can focus on the things that are most important.
Would highly recommend this company and their systems.

The product is simple to use and every release is a useful improvement. We have used the product for over a year now and have been pleased with it. Over that time the product has evolved and takes account of COVID. I am looking forward to the continued updates. Our Account manager is really helpful with any minor issues.

Purchased for primary school & works very well. Easy to set up & easy to use. Excellent value for money compared to another similar high end brand product.
Have set up H&S documents for visitors to read at sign in & also currently have set up a covid questionnaire for visitors to sign too. Aesthetically looks good too & easy to personalise with logo/colour schemes.

From the start, Jodie and the MediaBase team have been very supportive. E-reception Book has improved significantly our front of house interface, making the signing in and out process much smarter and quicker. We liked the fact that it integrates with our SIMS MIS.
The latest touch free feature for staff signing in has been very useful during the pandemic. In my view it holds a very good value for money.

The use of E-Reception has made a big difference to us. We have quickly been able to see who is on site for fire purposes and during the current period in respect to COVID. The sign in screen for contractors ensures we meet our health and safety obligations.

We have recently started using the e-Reception Book and are very impressed. The ability to use the App and be contact-less is brilliant in the current climate, the confidentiality of the system is great for everyone, residents, staff and visitors and the staff log is really useful to resolve those niggling time keeping issues. Saves heaps of time for everyone so that we can concentrate on what is important.

Useful tool especially in the current climate

I found the system a little difficult to use, but the help service is excellent and I always receive a quick reponse.

I quick and effective way of monitoring who is on site. The only negative is it often likes to go to a blank screen which can result in having to wait for the ipad to come back on.

Signing in made simple - an Ipad sign in system - great during Covid times as also able to maintain cleanliness with easy wiping down of screen. Reduces paperwork significantly. Easy to use for those who are not technology minded and regular updates easy to load so always relevant.

The service I have received from initial query right through to implementation has been phenomenal. I knew that my contact was always available via e-mail or at the other end of the phone and this has helped me no end. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Only feature I would like to see is the ability to print the fire roll call from the I-Pad itself rather than the dashboard (perhaps one for future updates?)
