We use the e-reception book for our Care Homes so it is a vital piece of technology that helps keep our residents safe. With the recent change in laws about who can visit a care homes there has been a major change in how we have to record people entering. Every step of the way Jodie and the team have kept us in the loop and been reachable if there has been any questions, Jodie is one of the most responsive account managers that I have had the pleasure of dealing with, keep up the great work.

The E-Reception tool has enabled us to deal with the GDPR issues that our previous signing in procedure raised. We find it to be efficient and effective. We know who is in the building and why at all times. During the COVID 10 pandemic we have used hand sanitiser to ensure the touch screen is safe for everyone to use however we are aware that there is also a QR code facility which would negate the need to touching a screen.

I came across Media Base Direct's e-Reception book about 5 years ago now and I would not look anywhere else. It has streamlined our processes and made us more efficient. The team are very helpful and are always looking to improve their product, in particular in the current COVID climate it has become even more important for us to track footfall and ensure we can track and trace if required. I have implemented this at a further 2 sites and would not hesitate to put this in future locations.

e-receptionist is so easy to navigate and such an affordable solution for staff and visitor logs. All the staff are really helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this product to other schools.

The e-reception system is easy to set up, very user friendly and looks good on our desk in the reception area of my care home.
