Having this system in schools is amazing. Safeguarding element with people signing in and out is an A*. Takes a photos and has a detailed system to look back when they have signed in. Also helps with fire alarms as all our staff sign into the system each morning. Wouldn't be without it.

Media Base Direct is a pleasure to work with, they are always emailing's and asking for feedback on how they can improve their service. As to e-Reception book App, it has made life quicker and easier when it comes to Visitors signing in. (PAPER FREE).
This frees up the admin work needed on reception desk.

e-Reception book provides that modern, professional look we wanted and it also provides bonus features as the fire register.

The staff, from sales through to accounts are all friendly, responsive and professional.

Great cloud based visitor system. Their customer service is excellent. Always get back to you within 20 minutes or so, and have an answer to hand!

E-reception is a great tool.

It's very quick and easy to use, when we had an update recently a couple of things changed. Jo was great, she provided me the information I needed to understand the new updates and was very friendly.

Easy to use, colourful and eye catching. Professional looking equipment. Easy to manage the dashboard too. Very pleased with this product and the service we received from Media Base Direct has been excellent too - no matter too trivial to ask. We've also been kept well-informed throughout.

Allow time to customise it for your individual requirements and to install connecting devices (eg printer) but once set up it is very easy for visitors and staff to use and has received a lot of positive comments. The cost was competitive compared to other software.

Have used the E-Reception book for over 3 years now at multiple care sites, and will continue to do so. The support and account management is second to none, always looking to provide the best solution with communication at all steps along the way, can't argue with that!
