Installed this a few weeks ago and is brilliant, it looks far more professional than the 'old book' with all previous visitors names on show. This really is great and support is great too.

Great app, easy to use on the phone. The customer service team are always on hand to help with any queries or problems which is very helpful.
However, the online log in and platform is a bit harder to use as it can freeze/refresh spontaneously and you also can't delete multiple entries at once. Despite this, the team have always helped when we have needed assistance and generally a good app for speedy mail handling!

LEADR were really helpful when it came to answering my questions while I was trying to decide on a solution for lead capture at shows. It's easy to set up the app so that it is nicely on brand. They were also kind enough to remove a page that we didn't need for no extra charge. The app works well offline - we tended to upload and export the data at the end of each day. We use hubspot and it was fairly painless uploading the CSV data. It is a great benefit with GDPR regulations approaching that the 'opted-in' data captured is fully GDPR compliant.

Mediabase has transformed our visitor arrival process across multiple offices.

It is a flexible system that does not need to replace face to face contact but enhances the experience. The dashboard produces some useful data and we are able to communicate with our clients and visitors easily to ensure that we are compliant with various safety and security procedures.

The support team have been fantastic and allowed us to implement this quickly and easily across multiple sites both where we own the site and in managed offices with multiple businesses using front of house.
