Very happy with the e-Reception software. It does exactly what we needed it to do. It's very simple to set up and control from the dashboard and visitors are easily understanding how to use it.

We were nervous about setting it up on our own. It was straightforward. Help is always available by phone. Very patient and helpful. Help articles easily accessible and useful. Staff and visitors have found it easy to use from the start and we have had positive feedback from everyone. Signing in latecomers has speeded up and it is easy to get summary reports. We have just upgraded to the new dashboard and are hoping it is similarly intuitive.

The system itself is excellent and Jodie was a very professional trainer. She was very knowledgeable, patient and most helpful. Jodie had a 2 hour drive to visit us and train our 5 receptionists but she carried out her task with aplomb. Thank you Jodie.

I dealt with Jodie from the very beginning and I cant express how helpful, informative and patient she was with all my questions. Using the E-Reception has really helped my team in attendance at our school with students signing in and out including reasons. We can use the system to report and put sanctions/support in place.

The app itself is fantastic however the printing of ID badges is laughable along with the printer they recommend for this.

We have used the system for a couple of years now and have been really pleased with it and it's functionality. Really easy to set up and use. Great support too.
