I was kept up to date on progress and the repairs are as good as new!

The work done itself was fantastic and looks great. Only negative was a bit of poor communication about when I could pick my vehicle up, leading to me losing my hire vehicle, but the garage was apologetic. On a whole, great service

The replacement of a new front bumper and spraying no complaints, front wheel was also repaired but to a sub standard level. Wheel machined down with no recess to place the decal!! 7 weeks later still waiting for a resolution

The claims handler I spoke with had an…
The claims handler I spoke with had an attitude, I felt I was talking to the 3rd party insurance company. The approved repairer I used picked up my van a day late and it wasnt ready when agreed they changed the date twice and they damaged my van (bumper) they did repair it ( badley) but I had to be without my van for another day. I won’t be going with these again I don’t care if I have to pay double the premiums.

Poor communication. Left out of pocket!
I put a claim in for lost car key and was advised to pay for the replacement and send an invoice to recoup the money.
Since sending the invoice over I have not had any communication at all despite email requests.
What is the point of paying for insurance if the service you receive is so poor you end up paying out your own pocket and then being left in the dark about being paid back.
