Quick and easy, 2 day delivery

John from the customer service team was awesome. I have a really (really!) old camera which was missing the USB cable. Despite the camera being 20 years old, and not even originally sold by Maplin (it's from a brand that Maplin have acquired), John did his best to locate the cable and come up with options for me. I am astounding that this level of help was available.

The process of making an order was easy, the product arrived promptly and as described.

I bought a baby monitor from Maplin approximately a year ago. The monitor came with an 18 month warranty - I contacted Maplin to organise a repair and they could not have been more helpful and customer focussed! A gentleman named James has been helping me with this issue and he has had his work cut out for him! The manufacturer has been difficult to deal with and we have struggled to get to the next stage at every step in the journey. James has been transparent and informative at every step in the process and has worked tirelessly to help us get this issue sorted. Ultimately, the manufacturer has been unable to fix the problem with the monitor which is a shame but Maplin have organised a full refund! I could not fault them at all, their customer service was flawless and because of that we will be buying our replacement monitor through Maplin! Thanks James!

Not really happy that one of the cables was clearly used as it hasn't even been wrapped it was just shoved into the (broken) box all tangled

I have a home "Retro" studio, and l am always expanding it. And over the years l have bought ALL the leads and other items from Maplin. It was great to receive this latest lead in the mail yesterday so l can do even more now in the studio. And not a long wait for it either. Excellent. Absolutely love Maplin !

I'm really annoyed by Maplin who want me to remove my negative feedback, without resolving the problem . I haven't even returned the item yet, but it was not new and the packaging wasn't sealed and the SIM card slot was broken.
