5 years with this service

We have been with Goodfood for almost 5 years, enabling non-cooks to make supper and easing the logistics of grocery shopping. Most meals are plentiful, tasty, and easy to make. However, I can only give 4 stars because we have had issues. We are compensated for the issues each and every time, easily, with no hassle, but I wish it was 100% reliable. Still, the food and service have been healthy and helpful most of the time for almost 5 years...

Excellent sur toute la ligne!

Il y a toujours un bon choix de menus. C'est facile à préparer. J'ai toujours un reminder qui me dit si j'ai pas fait ma commande de la semaine. Lorsqu'il y a quelque chose qui cloche avec ma recette, je parle avec quelqu'un et la plupart du temps que c'est arrivé, on me donnait un rabais pour ma prochaine commande. C'est très apprécié.

Love the convenience of pre measured…

Love the convenience of pre measured food and easy to follow recipes and it is always delicious. However you've upped the price and ended the free shipping and since then I've been missing ingredients pretty frequently. Also the cucumbers often come squishy and i find that pricier ingredients (like cheese) are always super stingy. I expect more quality and quantity with how pricey the service is.

When you increased your pricing…

When you increased your pricing recently you explained that the portions would be sufficient to feed 3 people on a 2 person plan. We went from a four person plan (we are 3 in our house and always had too much food) to a two person plan. We found that it was the opposite and I always had to buy extra protein. The price we were paying for this made no sense. The produce has gone down in quality also since we first started using Good Food a few years ago.

2) produce that we receive is generally excellent, however lettuce and celery are often very wilted.

We’ve been enjoying the plant-based…

We’ve been enjoying the plant-based options, and we have quite a few people in our circle who would love to order more regularly. However, there does seem to be limited variety when it comes to fully plant-based choices. In particular, there’s often a heavy focus on cheese without many non-dairy cheese alternatives, and some meals don’t feel fully aligned with plant-based nutritional needs.

It would be great to see more variety in plant-based options overall, including more non-dairy cheese alternatives and a stronger emphasis on plant-based protein sources to ensure the meals are well-balanced and satisfying for vegetarians and vegans.

Some of the meals have been excellent, but consistency across the menu would really help encourage more repeat ordering from plant-based customers.

Bonjour je suis une cliente de longue…

Bonjour je suis une cliente de longue date,
depuis quelques mois nous avons été décue des recettes et du rapport qualité prix. J'ai donc décidé de suspendre mon abonnement.

Exemple: le riz minutes au micro ondes n'est pas bon, je préfère la version plus longue et faire cuire le riz 17 minutes.

Et la farine d'amande on n'aime pas.
