The food was delivered on time on the right day. I would like the driver to ring the doorbell on delivery.
The food is tasty and fresh. So far I am very happy to save me from cooking.
I wish the cost was cheaper as I live on a pension

I had food poisoning with two different meals at two different times. Finally cancelled them. They try to give you a credit so you stay with them. I’m done with Factor. I think they recycle unused meals.

I enjoyed most of the meals, the portion sizes were very generous and the taste was quite good. I also like that the meals were well balanced and calorie conscious

I had a frustrating experience with Factor. I never received any emails to select my meals (checked both inbox and junk), so I didn’t even know I was subscribed until a box showed up at my door. Because of that, I had no chance to choose my meals or pause the service. The meals I received were mostly chicken, which I wouldn’t have selected. When I contacted customer service, my refund request was denied. Overall, the process felt unclear and not very transparent.

Very difficult to just make one order. I unexpectedly got the whole order again the next week. The food is good though.

The deliveries from FedEx the first 2 went bad,they have there own code to buzz themselves into the bldg,both times I watched them on the security camera,first time they left the box outside without knocking,second time they left it on the first floor by the mail slots and when i opened the second box some meals were upside down and it was packed badly compared to the first,some meals are better than others but compared to other companies I've tried there not bad,I've put a hold on everything until July because of this incompetence.

Do not get.

Honestly - its trash, expensive and an f'n nightmare to deal with their company.

meals are delicious!! Chicken and beef bavette is slightly overcooked and dry. I need to put extra sauce on them. Otherwise, no complaints.

These meals are freaking amazing!!! Every single one is full of flavor and large portions. Me and hubby are loving them! Only downfall is my 3rd box arrived today and every meal was on its side and one had broke open and spilled throughout the box. So that was a little disappointing. Otherwise an amazing option for healthy meals!

So my delivery email stated a Tuesday delivery. Nothing showed up. I called the support number mid Wednesday to inquire politely if the food would be delivered Wednesday, would it still be ok to eat as the ice would have melted by now and the food has NO preservatives. Know that I chose Factor_ because I must lose weight and am diabetic so portion control and sugar intake were my priorities in choosing Factor. It is now Wednesday 9pm and still no delivery. If it even shows up on Thursday if will not be safe to eat. $230 down the toilet. And I will still need to respond this $$ to buy my own food. My first order was faultless and delish. This was to be my second order and I am so disappointed.

As a full time 12 hr ER nurse, these have been such a staple to our “convenience” meals! We have not ordered take out since signing up and our guts and waistlines are happier! The meals are so delicious and fresh! LOVE every meal we have had so far! Would recommend 100% to any healthcare or shift worker, anyone short on time or anyone looking to be more cost effective with meal planning.

Good to replace a couple of meals a week, but they are high in fat and sodium.

Ok.. done a lot of meal services.. rarely.. if ever.. go beyond the trial period. This time.. i've made an exception. Food is extremely tasty, low calorie but great balance as i "need" right now. Only 2 weeks.. might cut back from the 2 meals a day as it's a bit much.. But i do see continuing.

La bouffe est super. Les macros fonctionnent très bien pour moi!
Malheureusement, depuis quelques semaines, il y a vraiment beaucoup d'enjeux concernant la livraison (livré à la mauvaise adresse, livré le lendemain (alors qu'il n'y a pas d'enjeu meteo...)... Etc...

Great food and convenient and competitively priced. It's great for those of you that don't cook or don't have time but want to eat relatively healthy.
