I purchased the Saly makeup bag and it is my new favorite purchase! The hot pink color is stunning and it has so much room - easily fits all of my makeup plus some! Exactly what I was looking for! The perfect everyday + travel make up bag! An easy 10/10 for me!

I was happy with the attitude and attention given by this company. They stood behind their product and was able to resolve my query efficiently. Will shop here again!

Shipping was so quick and I couldn’t be happier with my bag! Perfect size and quality is amazing!

Updating my review from a 1 star to a 3 star to reflect that Maison Minimalist did end up issuing me a refund but that was only after leaving a bad review here and commenting on their social media posts. The time I had to spend doing this I will never get back when they really should have just don’t the right thing in the first place. Their attitude was still “not our problem”’when I was asking for help and I would have expected better service from a small business. I actually purchased from them on purpose instead of Amazon as I wanted a high quality product and to support a small business but unfortunately will not be taking this approach again. I do thank you for eventually issuing the refund but you really could have had better customer service. I also suggest you use a different courier provider in the UK as Evri are well known to be problematic.

I have had a terrible experience with this company I do not recommend buying off them. Firstly, I pre ordered a product which shipped on time but the shipping was very slow and took 10 days. Then the item was delivered and they left the item outside my house where it was stolen and Maison Minimalist have not been helpful at all re sending me the product which I need for up coming travel. They are refusing to help me, and I expect me to organise the dispute with the shipping company myself. I would expect them to handle this on my behalf and send me the product again. Their excuse for not helping was that they “ship worldwide so have no control”???? This does not make any sense. What a joke. Do not order from them

After seeing an ad on Instagram, I got the Bella Makeup Bag and I'm in love!! The bag feels very premium, and it fits a lot which makes it perfect for travelling. The only small issue was a few days delay in shipping due to the holiday rush, but the customer service team was exceptional. They were very helpful and efficient in tracking my order, providing timely updates and peace of mind

I love new makeup bag. I will be easy to keep clean with leather material and it roomy enough for all I need for traveling. I love bag ❤️

Our package got stolen off of our porch, and Maison Minimalist kindly offered to provide a replacement product. Great customer service.

Edit: the company offered me a refund for my purchase. I am amending my review from 1 star to 2 star for their customer service.
Cosmetic organizer quality is horrendous. Literal dollar store/shein quality for 80$ (CAD). Could have gotten the exact same horrible quality for a fifth of the price at least. Do not recommend. It also came with random white/discoloration spots when it was supposed to he a homogenous color.

I don’t recommend this product the handle of my bag broke after 2 months I barely used it. I have contacted customer service the told me i have to pay $10 to get a replacement. The material is very low quality.

Awful, cheap looking, poor quality product. Exactly per the previous two reviews. Totally different to Instagram images and video, and impossible to get in touch to request a refund. Reviews on Instagram and on their website all fake.

Waste of money and time. Definitely do NOT recommend, and honestly Instagram shouldn't allow them to sell.

I bought the SALY makeup bag. The quality of the zip isn’t great. And it needs two zippers that meet in the middle in order to close it more effectively, given how it opens out. It’s also not as capacious as the Instagram video suggests - the video doesn’t show it close around the mound of things in there, you just see it closing, not its contents.

Complete scam of a company.
I wish I could upload photos here so you could see.
Honestly it’s so bad it’s funny.
They don’t reply to messages or emails.
They take AGES for delivery.
And the product is so poor.
Seam exposed, material damaged and creased. It couldn’t be further from the photos and videos they post.
I wish I would’ve checked reviews first on here.
If you look at the instagram photo no comments are allowed or truthful. I commented and they delete it.
I have reported to instagram as it is a scam they are deceiving customers.
Scamming people out of hard earned money- lowest of the low.

Further update:
Shocking customer service.
I have tried to raise the issue with them regarding the shocking quality - I did this politely via instagram messenger. They ignored and then blocked.
What has also become apparent is that they have blocks on their photos for any comments which have words like refund and scam.
A relative then left comments and they were also blocked.
I have checked their Facebook and tik Tok and it’s all the same, I feel stupid for being scammed as it now appears so obvious they are a sham of a company. But I will not cease until I receive a response and ensure I stop as many others being scammed as possible.
I have honestly never dealt with such a scam of a company.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Horribly poor quality - nothing like the glam website or instagram ads. What turned up is so cheap it’s not even funny. Then when I tried to return it they asked me to pay for my own return shipping and charge a 5% restocking fee! TOTAL RIP OFF

They never delivered my item to me- USPS confirmed in writing that it was not delivered to the right address. They refused to refund it. So they stole my money and gave me nothing in return. I’ll be filing a claim with my credit card company but do not buy from them!

I saw an ad for the royale jewellery case and decided to buy. I received a discount code on top of the 30% off sale so only paid £25 with free shipping. I was a little dismayed when the tracking updated and showed it was coming from China. I paid for the case on 06/07/2022 and received it this morning (19/07/2022) so a fairly reasonable timeframe. The tracking was fairly slow to update but it was there.

The case itself is alright quality. There are a few bits hanging off that look a bit like they came off a hot glue gun but they are fairly easy to remove. The case easily fits my long earrings, however it is slightly too small for my necklaces.

Overall, I would say that its probably worth the money if you get it in the sale (and use maison15 for an added discount).
