Lost my package and claimed it was delivered.

After 7 days 10 emails and me opening 3 tickets customer service finally gave me a refund. They used a ghost shipping company called mail innovations that lost my package and said it was falsely delivered. When I asked them to give me a real shipping number with UPS they told me no they only use mail innovations to NY so I asked for a refund. When I called mail innovations for an update UPS customer service kept telling me mail innovations was closed even though it was during the week and in the middle of the day. When I assumed I was with them this guy was super rude and lied to me about getting a supervisor. Telling me that the post office had it even though they never gave it to the post office. This place sucks and it doesnt exist because there is no way to get a hold of them.

They literally told me to come pick up…

They literally told me to come pick up the Christmas present myself and deliver it to the person how it should have been delivered to. I’m over 600 miles away and I paid money to ship not and have it delivered. After both my wife and I complained they had the local post office come pick it up and deliver it…..

What kind of BS is this company made…

What kind of BS is this company made of. This isn't rocket science. Many companies ship stuff worldwide overnight, how can a domestic item take 14-21 days to go across half the country. You couldn't almost walk it here faster. FFS

DON'T BUY if Seller is using UPS Mail Innovations?

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Why a company would continue to use this service is beyond me - clearly they do not care about their customers. I have had three packages lost through UPS Mail Innovations - it's the worst! So, buyer beware - if you see a seller is using this service and no other shipping option is available - run, don't buy!

My package left UPS in Carrollton

My package left UPS in Carrollton, Texas on Sept. 25, 2025. I live 10 miles from Carrollton. The package has been “out for delivery” for 11 days now. Every day the shipping information says it will be delivered by 9 PM that day. I have tried contacting UPS but I can only do it electronically and after several days the virtual assistant says it left their facility. I would think the retailers using this delivery method are losing lots of customers. Reading all the complaints about the UPS Carrollton office should prompt replacing management there. Additionally the USPS needs to be totally revamped. I wonder if there is a warehouse for all of the lost/stollen packages where they have really good sales???

i have had multiple issues with ups…

i have had multiple issues with ups mail innovations. with amazon or ordering from the google store they will not deliver my pacages and both times the seller will tell me to contact ups and ups sends me back to the seller saying that they cant view any information. seems like a group of people just sitting on their butts not wanting to actually do any work. they say my address is available for shipping as well. its just a back and forth game they like t play for a few hours instead of actually helping customers recieve the package. if i could give negative stars i would. this is absolutely insane. ups needs to just die off so fedex can take over.

Can I give them 0 stars? Because that's all they deserve. What a horrible service. Reviews of UPS Mail Innovations are overwhelmingly negative, citing significant issues with slow delivery, poor tracking, and packages sitting in facilities for extended periods, leading to frustrated customers who often prefer alternative shipping methods. The service's main "innovation" seems to be cost savings for UPS, which is achieved by passing the bulk of the delivery responsibility to the USPS, causing confusion and delays for the end customer.
They say they got my package from Google but never delivered it. They put it on a truck and that's the last time it's been seen. Lost, like so many other packages that they can't deliver. This division should be shut down.

If I could give a negative number I would. I wish we had the option not to have our packages other this service. I had lost 4 packages as of 8/1/25! Terrible service and UPS doesn’t own the issue nor can USPS when it’s handed off to them!

Somewhere there is a warehouse full of undelivered packages!

Order as yet to arrive almost 30 days later!

I ordered simple business cards that were processed on June 30th but never picked up until July 10th!!!! The order was to go from Carrilton, TX to Clearwater, FL., a simple 24 - 48 trip. The last I heard the order left Orlando, FL on July 15th. The order has still not arrived as of July 22nd and everyday the only thing the UPS website can say is that it will be delivered later the same day!!!

I found a customer service number for Mail Innovations but when you try to talk to someone all you get is a automated message asking you to leave a message and they will get back in touch!!

This package was for a client that is now upset with me back of the shitty service provided by UPS's Mail Innovation Service!

My package has been “out for delivery”…

My package has been “out for delivery” for a month. The Bridgeport location is a black hole. I got a refund, but my items cannot be replaced. I ordered another item (the company gave me credits so why not) to test it — same thing. “Departed” Bridgeport but has no update. This is a terrible service.

where i live i have 2 addresses

where i live i have 2 addresses, a physical address that is used for UPS or FedEx and a mailing address given to me by post office. UPS does not recognize the USPS address and the post office does not recognize physical address for UPS. this service from UPS is flawed because of this set up, my packages keep getting returned because of no coordination between the two. get rid of mail innovations. do not use it for my stuff.

Literally a partnership in legal scamming

I wholeheartedly agree with all the comments posted here about this absolutely trash service. I can only summarize by adding that it seems like a brilliant way for companies to divert blame amongst each other while never actually shipping anything to the customer. Great money saving tactic on their behalf, as customers are left with absolutely no resolution other than being forced to call 3 to 4 entities before ever being rewarded a refund for the lost merchandise. Most of us will give up at some point or blame only one of the entities involved. To me, it's clearly a partnership made in heaven/hell.

Mail Innovations is an Abomination & Should Not Exist

Of all the things in the world that should not exist, Mail Innovations sits at the topmost pinnacle of uselessness. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I would have received my package sooner if I had walked from Florida to Arizona to pick it up on my own. Of course, that makes it sound as if my package actually arrived. Alas, it has not. At this point, I'm not even sure if my package will ever arrive. The Mail Innovations rep I spoke with on the phone had great difficulty taking note of my tracking number, and this is just the tip of the logistical iceberg, so I can't even imagine who is doing what with my package where. Perhaps it has somehow scooted off to another dimension, and I sincerely wish Mail Innovations would follow, never to return. There are no words to adequately convey the immeasurable incompetence of this company. Never again, never ever again, will I allow my poor, hapless packages to be mishandled by this dumpster fire trainwreck of a (non)shipping & (mis)handling company.
