Absolutely Horrible Company

I do not know who OSM Worldwide is, but I do know I will never, ever order from any company who uses them ever again. NEVER. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Package has been sitting for many days in the same location, going nowhere. Tracking never updates. Estimated delivery date has long since passed. Any company using OSM is just asking for angry customers. Avoid these useless morons like the plague!

Terrible service my package was 4 hours…

Terrible service my package was 4 hours away from me when it was air shipped from China and now its been bouncing around the united states for 2 weeks. Now I think they lost my package Its been sitting in GRAND PRAIRIE, TX for the last 3 days. I want to refund but feel like I will get robbed and loose my package if it ever shows up. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Worst Of The Worst

I think a one-legged tortoise would be more efficient and faster with delivery of packages versus OSM Worldwide.
Unfortunately, my monthly subscription package is delivered by OSM Worldwide.
I would guess that OSM Worldwide offers cheap to ship prices, as why else would anyone use a system that makes the 1800’s pony express seem fast.

OSM is Trash

OSM is trash...I didn't have a choice for the seller's carrier. The package is on route to Colorado, yet it went from Maryland on 2/5 to Vegas on 2/12...it is 2/15 and it still hasn't arrived. 6 business days and it hasn't even touched a local hub yet. This is almost as bad as the unholy union of FedEx/USPS ("smart post"), and that only edges this out with marginally better tracking updates

Is 0 stars possible? Unfortunately, Allure Beauty Box uses them as a vendor, so I'm stuck with them unless I cancel Allure. They completely lose every other delivery. For the ones that do eventually make it, it takes weeks for the package to travel across a few states. The tracking number never shows an estimated arrival date. Why would Allure partner with these guys? Why would anyone?

Terrible delivery company

Terrible delivery company. Driver left what is obviously marked as a child toy package on an access road in the elements 200 yards away from our house in what is clearly a residential area. Pathetic excuse for a delivery company!!

I could’ve walked there and gotten it by now

I ordered a simple cookbook a week ago, and I’m not complaining so much that it hasn’t gotten here yet, but rather that the tracking number says that it has been in my city now for two days, both with UPS and USPS, who say no delivery access (according to to them), which is not true because mail gets delivered here everyday.

Ordered on 17th of December

Ordered on 17th of December. I knew our family Christmas party wasn’t till January 3. Well the party is tomorrow and you guessed it, package isn’t here yet. They’ve ruined my day. So now I’ll have to ship out myself to my daughters and I’ll use UPS, the best service. OSM is the worst shipper. Don’t deal with companies that use them!

Bought a keyboard from Hong Kong on…

Bought a keyboard from Hong Kong on December 17th, and it got to Chicago on the 22nd, I thought it would be directly to USPS but no, it went to OSM and now it’s traveled to a place an hour from my house and has been sitting in what I assume is their warehouse for two whole days with no updates when I know for a fact a USPS distribution center is literally less than 15 minutes away. Genuinely the worst logistics company to ever exist and if I ever buy anything again I’ll be checking if they use OSM, if so I’ll either ask them to change or just not buy from there. OSM needs to get their stuff together though I doubt they can with their piss poor review status on TrustPilot

I purchased knives from Matsato

I purchased knives from Matsato. This is the horrible shipping company they use. Absolutely no communication on your order. My order sitting for 5 days with a label created but takes 7 days for the USPS to get the package. Currently sitting somewhere in the State of Georgia. 7 days moving from Florida to Georgia.

I'm replacing my review Matsato from 5 stars to 1 star because they use this shipping company.

Very poor tracking/communication

I ordered a book on 11/6/2025. Estimated delivery between 12/2 and 12/16. On November 13 tracking said the package had left the shipper facility. Between 11/13 and 12/16 there was no further tracking information. The evening of 12/16 I received a delivery update saying delivery was delayed until 12/20.
There is no reason whatsoever that it should have taken this long to ship one item. Furthermore, when it says “Track Package”, there should be tracking information provided. I find it hard to believe this package has not moved since 11/13. However, after reading many reviews for OSM Worldwide, I’m inclined to think anything is possible. This company should most definitely not be in the business of logistics as they are miserably incompetent at it.

Why does this company exist? And why do retailers use them?

Tracking for the package from the retailer shows that it’s been stuck at their York PA warehouse for 20 days and USPS is awaiting item. I email OSM Worldwide and they provide their own tracking which shows delivery two weeks ago in Saturday at 4:30pm but no physical proof. I was also outside raking leaves at that time and my cameras also show no one delivered anything. Their customer service is not helpful and potentially lies about delivery. Look at all the reviews out their stating the same thing.

No more OSM…

I've had two shipments lately from OSM and both have unreasonable delays to get my product delivered while saving them money and the sellers who use them. This is the problem with our providers of stuff today in that no one cares to satisfy the customer unless they pay through the nose for shipping and that relates to the customer satisfying themselves. He**, you can't even get anyone to talk to you on the phone anymore. Hereafter, if a supplier uses OSM, I will not buy from them. Start asking !

Worst shipping ever! 1 star is too much!

Loved the business I ordered from but will never order again unless there is a different shipping method. My package left on October 10th, it got all the way to my local distribution center, sat there 2 days then went to a facility 18 miles away, now it's 4 hours away in Chicago. Was to be delivered on the 18th, now date is 'unknown'. Reached out with no response. Company is useless.

OSM Worldwide SUCKS!

All I can say is they suck! I will be asking the merchant what shipping company they use from now on and if it’s OSM Worldwide I will no longer buy from that company. 3 time it has taken 2 plus weeks to receive my package and my latest package is now lost! The retailer is now receiving my order and luckily I purchased shipping insurance so I will receive a new order but who knows when that will happen. Dixxon flannel company needs to change shippers or they will loose my business. There is no way to hold OSM responsible for anything they always have some piss poor excuse or no clue who, what, where or when. The worst shipping company ever!
