Unfortunately it is only possible to book lift passes online for stays of 7 nights or more. However I hope we will have explained when you called that we can organise lift pass passes for shorter stays by telephone.

Not too much information
Polite staff but not much actual information available on the place. I have really no idea of what standard or actual apartment I have booked. Also paying in Euros implies a 25% increase of the price. So, I hope the place is going to be nice, because it is a lot of money for the Atlantic coast.

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service provided during your booking process and particuarly that you feel there was a lack of information. You spent a lot of time on the phone with our sales agent Joseph whilst making your booking and I'm sure he will have answered any questions you may have had regarding the type and standard of cottage you have booked with us. We will be very happy to send you an email detailing the standard, facilities and layout of the cottage and will invite you to ask any questions you may have regarding it.
You have suggested that paying in Euros implies a 25% increase in price. Please note that this difference is not a price increase but simply due to the exchange rate. At the time of booking 1€ equalled £0.76 hence the 25% difference you refer to.
You have suggested that the amount you have paid is a lot of money for the Atlantic Coast. We believe are prices are extremely competitive and represant value for money but please also note you have booked during the two most popular and therefore expensive weeks of the year. Please be assured that our cottages in Saint Hilaire de Riez are lovely and I'm sure you will have a fantastic holiday there.

Were ok but let us down greatly on the bus transfer from the airport to the chalet , now we are stuck trying to find someone last minute to take us , not an easy task , was very disappointed in them for that .

As since discussed by telephone, we had given you a quote for the transfer but were waiting for your flight details in order to confirm the booking, as made clear in writing. Unfortunately once we received a response a week later it was too late as the availability had been booked.
We apologize again for any misunderstanding and we were very pleased to hear that you managed to book a transfer with another company following our suggestions of other suppliers.

Amazing Service
The staff at Madame Vacances have gone over and beyond their roles. We unfortunately missed out on reserving a chalet for the 2016 season, but the staff sourced another couple of options for our group which was accommodation that they do not deal generally with. Wonderful Libby is a credit to your company!

Ski hoiday booking with Madame Vacance

Brilliant service
Having tried to book through the website I gave up! I spoke to Valerie Nelson who assisted me and made it a painless and enjoyable process. The website did not retain the dates I was putting in! So annoying and easy to book wrong dates! You can't beat the personal touch.

I had booked for the second time with madame vacances.
I normally like to make my bookings online or by mail also this time but there was some misunderstanding about the total price.
After some mail contact I was called by the person I had contact with and she explained to me what the different in price was.
She was very clear, even to me, English is not my native language.
I'm sure this was not the last time I book with them.

Quick, simple & friendly
A quick & simple process helped by a friendly call operator. Whole booking lasted no longer than 10-15mins. Only one suggestion to make - I asked about current travel issues to Chunnel in view of Operation Stack and any diversions. Operator agreed it would have been a good idea to have had this info available for customer queries.

Superb value
Great place, fantastic views, down side, not much info in English. Need more info on what activities are available when, as most of the a activities were only available at the weekend. Would go back as we did enjoy it.
