Pongo una estrella porque no me deja poner menos. Son unos sinvergüenzas y estafadores. Pedí una alfombra de 2mx3m y me mandaron una alfombrilla por 80€. Me he puesto en reiteradas ocasiones con ellos y no consigo respuesta. NO COMPRÉIS. ESTAFA.

Es una super estafa!!! Lo mismo que estoy leyendo por aquí, compré una alfombra de 3x2 y me llegó una alfombrilla. Llevo 2 semanas mandando correos y no me ha contestado nadie.
Si alguien llega más allá por favor avisad, aunque no lo creo porque por lo que leo todos estamos igual.

This is not even A 1 * I only put as I had to , now I ordered a 2*3 metre rug and received basically a large hand towel!!!!!!!!!

My order seems to have disappeared in my emails.

I paid 69£ and waited 2 n half weeks for a hand towel!!

Please DO NOT ORDER from this company its a total scam

FRAUDE. Encomendei 2 tapetes de 2x3 e enviaram 2 de 0,4x0,6 de má qualidade. Pedi o reembolso e deixaram de responder aos email.
Por sorte paguei com VISA da UNICRE que para além de me reembolsarem abriram uma acção contra esta empresa por FRAUDE.

Do not buy from them, it's a scam!!! I payed 170 and got nothing !!! No refound no answers, I will tell anyone to be aware of this scam!!!

Compre una alfombra de 2x4 m (gigante) por 80€ y me llego una alfomblilla que ademas de ser del tamaño de un felpudo, malisima la calidad. Les mande un mail donde me dijeron que enviara fotos y que sentian mucho lo que estaba pasando, le dije que queria la devolucion de mi dinero y que me dijeran como podia devolverles su alfombrilla. Nunca mas me respondieron, llevo dos semanas que no he parado de enviarles mails, si alguien reclamo o arreglo eso por favor diganme como. A consumo y denuncia primerisimo!!!

Arnaque complete. Deux tapis de jeux commandés (un beige de 200/200 et un gris de 150/200), j'ai reçu 2 tapis paillassons minuscules. Malgré le renvoi de la commande selon leur procédure, et de nombreux courriels, aucune réponse.
Ils prétendent être basés en Belgique mais les produits viennent de Chine (drop shipping). A fuir!!

Compré alfombra de 2x2. Como no llegaba escribí un email y me respondió Astrid que en breve llegaba. Recibí un felpudo. Hace 5 días que escribo emails y nadie responde

I would not even give this a one star. Ordered a lozelo rug cost 49.99 euro. Received a miniature table mat. No customer service contact despite many attempts

My order never reached me but in the tracking system appeared that I refused the package (which it wasn't true). When I asked why this message appeared some guy named Astrid told me to contact the delivering company and sort it out with them. Bare in mind that they haven't provided me any name or contact info of the delivering company. I received a tracking number when I placed the order and after several days it stopped working and when I noticed that, I sent them an email. This was when I was given a new tracking number from a website in bulgarian (although the order was supposed to arrive in Romania) and that Astrid guy told me to contact the delivering company to ask were my order is. The next day after he had given me that new tracking number, it appeared the message "refused by the receiver". From this moment forward all my other emails where I asked for the contact info of the deliverer and asked them to contact the deliverer and have the package delivered to me, or to give my money back stopped being answered to. After 4 days of no replies I realized the website is a scam.

Pedí una alfombra de dos por dos y recibí un felpudo. Reclamé y nada. Sin respuesta. Una estafa. CUIDADO. NO COMPRES. TIMO.

Le tapis commandé 1,5x2.0 m est arrivé et mesure mesure 39x58 cm !!!

Comme beaucoup, commande d’un tapis de 2X3 mètres et réception d’un tapis format « paillasson ». Comme nous ne sommes pas seuls, rassemblons nous pour les attaquer en justice. C’est une arnaque un point c’est tout.

Grosse Arnaque reçu un petit bout de tapis au lieu d'un 2/4m. Plus de nouvelles du service en ligne.

Arnaque.
Je commande 1 tapis de 1,5x2m et je recu 1 petite tapis de 58x40 cmcm.Meme pas impermeable,je verifie.
Surtout ne commande pas.
