Wish I had read these reviews before buying from Love To Be Natural. I had the same problem as the others here - my refund was not issued, despite being told it was coming numerous times. Eventually they just stopped replying. Took 7 months to get my money back and then only got it because I started posting publicly on Facebook and contacted PayPal. It all felt very dishonest. Clearly they assume people won't check their PayPal account to see if a refund has come in so they don't actually issue it. Don't be fooled by the wholesome-looking website and fb page!

Excellent all round - from responding to my initial query asking for help, to making the purchase, to delivery, to keeping me informed. Couldn’t have asked for more :)

I purchased a baby carrier from Love To Be Natural, but after only 2 months I had an issue with it. As it was a manufacturing issue I contacted the manufacturer for a resolution, but after nearly a week I hadn’t heard back from them.

So I contacted Love To Be Natural and after only 1/2 an hour I received the most wonderfully thoughtful and helpful response. They arranged to collect the faulty carrier and offered store credit towards another sling, or to arrange a replacement themselves.

In the end I chose to go with another carrier, and I cannot praise enough the speed with which they sorted out the issue, the kindness, the empathy and friendliness. All in all a wonderful company, so if you’re considering purchasing from them, then go ahead - you’ll be well taken care of :)

Excellent next day service for a hard-to-find specialist item that was very reasonably priced. I had questions beforehand that Beth was quick to answer on the live chat thingy on their website, and I even had more questions after the sling arrived, but nothing was too much trouble.

All in all an excellent product and fantastic customer service! 😃

I have a 3 year old and expecting again. Love this store. I recently ordered online. Before ordering I asked loads of questions about the different slings. They went over and above in answering and even sent me extra comparison photos to help me choose. So happy with this service! Also delivery was very prompt!

Best price we could find online. Great service. Sling and two toys arrived beautifully packaged in eco paper packaging. Ordered in Scotland on Thursday evening and arrived on the Saturday morning. Would not hesitate to use site again and definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Very helpful advice on what to get for my toddler as I really wanted to continue carrying but didn’t know what would be best. Loved all the little extras included with delivery, and of course the paper packaging.

I ordered an item and was sent it in an incorrect size, after emailing them and having to wait weeks for them to acknowledge their mistake, they finally sent me a returns label. However I am still waiting a refund. It has been now 2 months. Please avoid this company.

I had a terrible experience with these guys. I ordered an item on black Friday deal and used a 5% discount. The order was placed successfully and a confirmation email received from LTBN. I waited for 4 days but no delivery so I contacted them as I needed to take the item along on holiday in a few days time. Shockingly they told me they cancelled the order without informing me and refunding my money. Where's that done? The stupid excuse they gave was that I used a 5% discount on top of a black Friday deal. Why wasn't i informed about it and why was I reassured that my order was been processed.I was so disappointed as I had been looking forward to the item and using it on my holiday. As if that wasn't enough it was an issue getting my refund. I was lucky I paid via PayPal so had to get them involved before I was issued my refund. I like to check reviews before buying from a company and I put my trust in them because of all the 5 star reviews they had on their website. This k. is really dubious because it seems they select only good reviews to go on their website. So all those 5 star reviews they have are not a true reflection of the company. I left a review of my dealings with them but this was removed. Avoid love to be natural at all cost!

I wish wish wish I had read here before making my purchase. I just have to say the same as others the returns policy is appalling. I sent my product back and never got a refund. The guy was so rude. Horrific experience do not buy from them. Also product descriptions are not correct. And not enough imagery to make a good decision on purchase - especially considering the returns issues the company has. They put so much money into all the fancy marketing things on their site but no investment into customer service.

Similar experience to other reviews on here. I had not even opened the box and they guy tried to get all legal on me- except he quoted the wrong legislation. Clearly this company has serious problems with returns. If I had done my homework and read these reviews I never would have ordered from them. Avoid.
