Company sent wrong items, emailing and can’t get hold of anyone. Likely to have the same issue getting refund abs having to pay for return costs myself and postage. Customer service non existent

These people are impossible to contact, I wanted to exchange 1 pair of jeans but unfortunately I've not received any message back trying to excuse 1 of 2 items.
I have learnt the hard way not to buy from this company ever again.
Also they say to complete returns form on attachment to email, But on checking their is no form so impossible to return item that does not fit, Honestly I would stay far away from this company.
After emailing Lovell sports several times to change order before its despatched, I've received no response at all and not received items and had no information from Lovell sports.
I will now look at taking legal action since this company has no proper customer service and goes silent when you desperately try to contact them.
Lovell sports you should not be trading since your practices are shameless and you obviously don't care about your reputation.

Just update on Lovell sports, Received email informing me after writing review to email Lovell sports for a returns form which I did but I've still not received a reply back yet and still no returns form!!!
This is a terrible service, So now will do this another way and go to trading standards, Citizens advice, And take their advice, I will also take this up legally.
I am a decent person and even said I would ammend the review if they did things properly, So now see that this won't be possible.
I am shocked at the way these company trade with no proper customer service and even less communication.

Useless, ordered trainers and received 2 left feet which was also different sizes

I ordered a pair of Asics trainers on Sunday 7th june, after ordering I looked at the Reviews on here and with a score of 2.4 I was disheartened and a bit worried as most of the Reviews were pretty negative.
But I have got to give this company 5 stars, for the price, quality, quick delivery and also for the customer service as I emailed them and got a reply within 24 hrs, My Trainers were delivered on Wednesday 10th my experience using lovell sports has been very possitive and I am really pleased with my choice of company and I am hapoy to give a 5 star review.

Do not order from this company!!! Didn't receive my order. Tried to contact them, received no reply. So no order and no refund!!!

No bother. Correct items delivered, communication could be improved a little, but no complaints!

Ordered golf club set and was sent the wrong item sent email no reply
After 3 days got a reply saying sorry send pictures,
I sent pictures, with the item received and original order pictures of right item and asked if I could get the right item sent and do they have it as it shows still in stock,

10 emails later and no reply not anythink,no assistance just ignored customer service no existent or very slow to the point its unacceptable for any buissness to have this long wait to answer, no choice to do charge back if they dont reply what else can you do

Awful customer service. Returned a product over two weeks ago. Haven’t heard anything from them regarding a refund or even acknowledging they have my returned item. Would heavily discourage anyone from using this company. Absolute embarrassment and thieves.

Attempted to order on two separate occasions, both times the order was acknowledged and money taken, then a few hours later refunded with no explanation. Items continue to be in stock on website. Not sure what game these people are running, but it’s not one to build a business on.

Do not use this company. I ordered 3 cycling shirts, which was okay value when you take into account shipping etc. They then cancelled 2 of the shirts and still dispatched with no notice between the cancellation and the dispatch, which made it a complete ripoff.

Second time using Lovell sports and just as happy as the first time.... Ordered a pair of Kappa Ginosa trainers and they are spot on....Great from ordering to delivery which only took 3 days....Great trainers, great price, well packed and very fast delivery....5*****

Please cancel my order Love59324. Why has my order been returned to to you ? From Probably the worlds worst delivery company Evri. PayPal will be expecting full refund including delivery to my account. (as the goods were clearly not delivered) The reviews show a consistent pattern of poor quality services and same excuses. If you are unable to provide the goods or services you should not be trading. If your quality of goods and consistent inability to supply and obviously knowingly you are doing so, surely it is fraudulent. Your capacity to provide adequate shopping experience, suggests your organisation is a poorly managed subsidary of The Fraser Group

.....Edit..... Lovells responded that parcel damaged in transit. Considering through this thread the amount of parcels that are damaged, lost, not delivered etc they would break their contract with Evri probably the worlds worst courier, who use the same customer service offensive as Lovells. Footnote and beware, if after reviewing the poor stsndard of quality of product, misold items, second hand items and poor overal service you still wish to purchase from Lovells, use a payment method like PayPal, (who are brilliant) for your own protection

Order number was LOVE60503. I ordered Converse hightops as a gift last week in size 9.5, but they sent a 10.5 and the box arrived ripped and crushed. A little panicked because I needed them for this Saturday, so I am hoping for a quick reply.

I bought some boxing shoes from the website and they still havent moved from the port and its been 2 weeks since the last update and I’ve emailed yall but havent gotten a respond. Will change the stars when everything goes smooth

I placed an order for next day delivery and they have failed to respond to my customer support email, there is no working phone number to contact them & DPD have not heard anything about my order.

If i vould give zero stars then i would.
Lovell Sports sent out the wrong order, after contacting them they admitted the mistake, couldn't supply me with the correct item so offered me a full refund.
They sent out a QR code for an Evri return label which I printed off and returned the item.
37 days later and several emails I have still not received my refund.
In my latest email I have now threatened them with trading standards so let's see how that goes.
I will never order anything from these people again.

Had i known this company was connected to Sports Direct(SD), I would've never purchased from them to avoid this subsquent experience.

Astro boots purchased 4.5 months ago, only used handful of times. CS team requested photos, sent them over and then requested for item to be sent to SD warehouse. Where the inspection team's convenient opinion is that the faults are wear and tear, even though it's within 6months as per consumer rights.
The glue is comming away in 8 places across both boots and fabric near the ankle has worn, which has zero contact with anything...
ZERO Stars - Big waste of time, won't be purchasing from SD or affliated businesses until resolved.

I ordered a couple of tracksuits for my son. However despite being marked as delivered I was and am still unable to locate them. The customer service has been really really infuriating as they’ve been unhelpful and have stopped responding to my numerous emails despite the urgency. I’m really disappointed and can’t believe things like this still happen.
