Then told me it was out off stock,and they won't refund my £8.50
Surely the £8.50 is for the courier,,,,if they don't have,they didn't pay the courier ,,,
Told me I can't have a refund,,,

Hand pen when you need it

When my order didn't arrive 4 days after paying for the Royal Mail 24 mail option, I called the company. I couldn't get through to a person, or a voicemail. An automated message told me to email only after FIFTEEN days of not receiving my parcel. So I then tweeted the company, and next day got a call, and an apology. Some issue with mailing and billing addresses, but no one had been in touch prior to sort. The really helpful chap on the phone put it on next day delivery and it arrived as promised.

Bought this case for my fujifilm X-A1 camera and it fits fantastic very good quality my husband wants one now for his fujifilm camera x-E1 as it fits that to . Very fast delivery will use love case again thank u
