My original package was stolen, or lost. Customer service was very helpful and understanding. Thank you for your service and support. They quickly sent another.

I order the band and was defective, when I reach out to them I thought that they were not going to exchange. But after sending them a picture of the item the took care of it right away. They send me a replacement without having tho send the other one back. I am really happy. The item it is a good choice for my Apple Watch.

I will say that I purchased a number of watch bands and they are really great looking. I also had a problem with one of the bands being a little too small and their customer service team addressed my problem and solved it. Unbelievable great customer service.

I've ordered many bands for my watch. Appleband is my go to company because their bands are of the highest quality and their customer service is one of the best. I must have at least ten bands in various colors and I love them all. Thiis should speak volumes!

I enjoy buying the different bands for my watch and the beautiful one I bought was too small for my wrist even though it was elastic. I reached out to the support team and they are replacing it for free. I’m very thankful that I’m dealing with the company that makes things right and makes it so easy. Definitely a customer for life. I ordered an Apple band and an Apple Watch cover. I tried putting the cover on, after many attempts, I emailed Appleband saying I was having problems fitting the face cover. They replied promptly and asked me for photos of watch. They worked out the size I ordered was too small, and offered me the correct size and to just pay postage. I thanked them for their above and beyond service. Once again thanks.

The first order was not perfect but the immediate attention I got after letting them know I have not received my orders was 5 star. Got my orders after a week.

The Applebands are simply beautiful, especially the beige coloured one. They are easy to adjust and fit perfectly. Whenever I had a question regarding the shipment, I received an answer in less than 12 hours.

Var lidt skeptisk i starten, da jeg ikke kunne finde nogen anmeldelser af siden. Men må indrømme, at jeg er blevet virkelig positivt overrasket! Bestilte 3 forskellige apple bands. De ser ud som på billederne, kvaliteten er super fin og de passer perfekt til mit applewatch.
Til det ene band manglede jeg et redskab for at kunne justere størrelsen - jeg skrev ind til dem, og uden problemer eftersendte de redskabet. Super god service og nemme at komme i kontakt med.
Leveringstiden er ret lang, men derudover har jeg ikke en finger at sætte på det!⭐️
