Really great customer service team
I had a great experience with Love2Laundry thanks to Sarah from customer support.
I had an issue with a discount code not working when placing my order, but Sarah responded immediately, provided a solution, and manually applied the 15% discount without any hassle. She clearly explained that the refund difference would be processed and even confirmed it via email, which gave me peace of mind.
On top of that, I had a tight time window for collection, and Sarah went out of her way to contact the route team and make sure the driver would aim to arrive before 8pm. That level of attentiveness and willingness to help really stood out.
Overall, super efficient, friendly, and proactive service. Really appreciate the support—thanks again Sarah!

Terrible experience and service when I…
Terrible experience and service when I needed some event tablecloths and items washing, took 2 days and came back with lots of dirty marks on as if the items had not been washed, clearly no care had been taken as they had not event noticed. There was then no time to re wash so had to make alternative arrangements and the only compensation they would offer was a £10 credit which is useless as I would never trust them again and certainly not recommend them to anyone.
