Terrible experience and service when I…
Terrible experience and service when I needed some event tablecloths and items washing, took 2 days and came back with lots of dirty marks on as if the items had not been washed, clearly no care had been taken as they had not event noticed. There was then no time to re wash so had to make alternative arrangements and the only compensation they would offer was a £10 credit which is useless as I would never trust them again and certainly not recommend them to anyone.

Headline: Ruined my quilt and refused to take responsibility – AVOID
I am beyond disappointed with the service from Love2Laundry. I sent them a coverless quilt in perfect condition, only for it to be returned covered in black oil marks that were absolutely not there before.
Despite providing clear evidence and exchanging over 30 emails, they are still refusing to refund my service fee or compensate me for the cost of the ruined quilt. Their "customer service" has been a repetitive cycle of denials and excuses, showing a complete lack of accountability for their mistakes.
It is unacceptable for a professional laundry service to damage a customer's property and then refuse to make it right. If you value your bedding or your money, do not use this company. They have ruined an expensive item and their aftercare is non-existent.

Love2laundry has been a great solution for my son. It helps a lot with the big daunting task of doing laundry at the student building (there are never enough machines) so it became a chore that he doesn’t have to think about. I highly recommend it

BAD service and quality
Service and quality are distinctly lacking. Clothes come back smelling odd and stained. When raised, issues are met with defensiveness rather than a solution.
DO NOT USE THEM unless you want a cheap service with guaranteed issues and no assistance. Other dry cleaners do a better job for a fraction of the price more.

Reliable Laundry Service with Excellent Customer Care
I had a really positive experience with this laundry service. The pick-up and drop-off was very convenient and everything was handled efficiently. Communication throughout was clear and timely, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Excellent Love2Laundry Customer Care
I have wanted to try Love2Laundry for sometime but found the cost high and the process confusing. This weekend I urgently needed some bedspreads washing - so I reached out to L2L…
I first spoke with Sam who very helpfully explained how the collection and pricing works, and to register on the site/app.
I will be honest and say registering on the site or app was very difficult. I had to call customer care and spoke with Jessica.
Jessica was brilliant - patient and supportive. She arranged a late pick up by KJ, who was friendly and reassuring.
Jessica even called back later when she couldn’t see my details.
On the day of delivery I spoke with Nomi - who calmly dealt with my queries about delivery and costs.
I cannot express the sheer pleasure of seeing my laundry returned - cleaned, folded in the lovely L2L bags. I immediately felt spoilt and relaxed.
I fully recommend Love2Laundry - the excellent customer care, the team work, the efficient pick up and delivery, the excitement of clean laundry in bags - and the service - brilliant.
Think the app/registering could be made easier…
I will definitely like to use them again!

love this service
love this service. i use it mostly to launder my bedding and towels, as those are a pain to wash and dry at home. my laundry always comes back neatly folded and smelling fresh. customer service is always helpful. esp. Harry Johnson.

The dry cleaning quality is decent
"The dry cleaning quality is decent, but the logistics need work. The pickup windows are far too long and restrictive; a more specific time slot would be much more convenient. Also, the ironing for shirts could be improved—relying solely on steam doesn't provide the crisp finish I expect. It's an okay service, but there's definitely room for growth."
