Over charged and damaged items
Over charged for dry cleaning that I had to dispute and then eventually rectified.
Laundry then arrived damaged. Raised a complaint only for them to say “we not not accept any responsibility for damaged items” which is against the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Will have to escalate this via other channels.
