One decides upon which type of wash to go for or fully ironed.
Well, I'm dependent on Love2Laundry,what was the matrimonial bed is mine and the wife has chosen the smaller bedroom within which is a single size bed.Dispite having a washing machine the wife can't cope with large double bed sheets, so it's as simple as that, I have them laundered. The service is very good, within a couple of days I'm being told their on their way back. I use the designated service of, washed dried and folded. Fitted double sheets once upon a mattress literally stretch es out most creases.

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE
I used this service before holiday and specifically requested for 10kg of laundry to be washed and folded. I have now received a bill for over £200 as the company dry cleaned every. Single. Item. Noone is responding on customer service and I cannot find a number to call. I will NEVER use them again.

Very poor service
Our laundry was ruined, returned late and got mixed with someone else's -- we had their socks and underwear while missing many of our socks, as well as ALL of our non-black t-shirts completely ruined by colour runs between garments. Really disappointing experience.

As per the confirmation of order, the agreed time for the collection of my dry cleaning was between 4 pm and 6 pm. The driver arrived very early at 3.20 pm. This is not good customer service and is very unprofessional. To avoid him having to come back, I asked him to wait and had to leave my online meeting with my boss. I hope that in the future, the correct pickup and drop-off times are strictly adhered to.

Avoid at all cost! Your clothes might catch fire and no compensation given.
A few times the clothes returned damp but that wasn’t the worst. The nightmare occurred in October 2026 when their vendor suffered a fire accident. As mentioned in another one-star review my experience mirrors theirs. The cost of the damage exceeded £3,000. They promised weekly updates and goodwill compensation but none materialised. Instead they simply responded to my emails with a pre-written template. It’s very disappointing. If you’re willing to risk losing your clothes try them out. Good luck.
Added 02/06/2026: Another PR recovery response received, your team got all the details and emails. I am not wasting my time anymore on chasing but will keep telling people to stay away from your service.

2 out of 2 items returned damaged
Please can someone urgently contact me regarding my booking and advise on next steps. I have just received the order back and I am sad to say both items have come back damaged. This is a rather unpleasant experience as a new customer. It is the first time I placed an order with you and was hoping to do many more.
I had raised the concern via your contact form and even took the time to submit videos showing the problems but your team closed down the ticket within 2 minutes marking it as resolved without even contacting me. I find this pretty rude.
The white suit top has a circular damage much larger and much more visible than the original stain and likely permanent damage? It has clearly been handled roughly because the seams are undone by the collar.
Likewise the jumpsuit has the hook nearly ripped off which was not the case before. In addition - and I don't know how and why someone would do this - but the shoulder pads are all bunched up as if the item had been thrown in the washing machine. The item was brand new and had only been worn once and the shoulder pads were perfect and flat when I handed it over to Love2Laundry. I tried my best to smooth it out by hand now but this is not how an item should be received back. Very sad to have had such a terrible first experience.
Added information: to this very day I am still waiting for a response from Love2Laundry and there seems to be no simple way of contacting them. Every time I try to reach out as explained above the ticket just gets closed down. I should not be having to use Trustpilot just to get hold of Love2Laundry. The problem is that these platforms send it to any laundry company, whichever is cheapest, so you never know where your item is actually going...
