Had a problem with delivery - not L’Occitane’s fault but lovely Renata at the L’Occitane Team fixed this for me right away. Excellent customer service, speedy service and high quality products. I couldn’t praise this company highly enough. Thank you Renata. You are a credit to the company.

Musfika was extremely helpful and sorted out my problem. She was very efficient, always replying to my emails without delay. It was a pleasure to deal with her.

Excellent customer service from Renata. She arranged to send my birthday gift free of charge. I had already placed an order so unable to add it on. I don't live near a store, so I couldn't collect one. Thank you.

Poor Service

- Visited Canary Wharf branch to buy a product and collect my birthday 'gift'.
- As soon as I put my foot in the shop an assistant asked what I would like. I told them I would like to collect my gift. They replied I needed to purchase an item. I didn't realise there was a condition to receiving my birthday gift, and I did not like the manner and tone in which I was spoken to. I was embarrassed in front of the two people I was with, who looked at each other with amazement of how I was spoken to.
- I was asked to show the message inviting me to come and collect my birthday gift. I was unprepared and I could not find the message. I asked the assistant whether the message was an email or text. They replied it be either. I continued to look for the message on my device. I asked the assistant if they could check my name against the system and see if a message was sent to me and I was told they needed to see I had the message. I found the message and the assistant told me they sent me the message. I didn't understand the purpose of all that.
- I purchased an item for over £50 and the same assistant asked me if I wanted a bag. I have never been asked that question in your stores. I said ofcourse I want a bag. The assistance then gave to my hand the birthday gift. I looked at the measly gift of sample size hand cream, not even a full size, and I walked out of the store with humilation and disgust. I gave my friends the 'gift', as I did not want to be reminded of my experience.
- I will contact the store and ask to be removed from there customer database, as I DO NOT want to be contacted or sent a message to collect any form of 'gift'.
-The assistant needs to be trained, or better still work somewhere else as their idea of service does not match the brand and my previous experience at your stores.

Unfortunately I had a reaction to the foundation Dona was very understanding and sent a refund .

Been a fan of l’occitane for a few years now, especially for their shea butter hand cream and neroli&orchidee perfume. The hand cream lasts me ages, but I went to repurchase this time around and moisturising ability and smell does not seem the same. It’s not bad, but it’s not the same. Not surprised really, this always happens when products like this cream go viral on tiktok etc, the quality goes downhill. However, I think it’s unfair to charge the same price, if not more, for the decreased quality. Also, I am disappointed to see the Neroli and Orchidee perfume was £60 for 75ml (which was already a lot as it is an EDT and doesn’t last all day without top-ups), but the capacity has now decreased to 50ml but the price is still £60!! How is this fair to the consumer? I brought it up at the till and was told their collections have been “streamlined”. All the bottles now look cheap and uninteresting. I loved this brand, but I don’t think I can justify spending more for less.

This is a review in regards to the loccatine fragrance experience event at Shreeji Newsagents in London

The company loccatine operated an unfair,limited dishonest system that was disappointing and inefficient towards customers and attendees!!

They recently launched an event from 1-4th October that was completely backward in terms of handling!! -

I have emailed this company,attempted to call the venue - contacted loccatine via social media in hopes of getting a slot to receive a cold,mundane,copy and pasted unfair dismissal response stating that slots were fully booked! What i wrote wasn’t even acknowledged or answered properly!

This is untrue to the max after witnessing others who have attempted to claim a slot by just walking in and who wasn’t turned away!!!!
Shady behaviour from staff and unprofessional response!

This is infuriating after making multiple attempts to make a booking event after requesting to be put on a waitlist staff didn’t want to know!

The owner of the venue shreeji newsagents is unfriendly and rude after speaking to the owner on the phone he could care less about queries regarding the event and passing on any questions to loccatine staff because there was nothing in it for for him!
If you don’t want to be contacted - don’t put your number on google!!!

I’m Absolutely disgusted by loccatine and the overall handling of this Event!
In addition the dishonest feedback from staff!
The crummmy link provided for the calendary application is inaccurate!!!
As I know you’ve had no shows and cancellations loccatine and failed to provide this for anyone and just turned them away to save money!!

Why host a public event as advertise online only to turn customers away and deliver disappointment!????
I would not recommend this company brand for treatments. Unless you want to messed around and lied to!

The 0800 number on the website doesn’t work either- another inaccurate feature of the company!

I had made a mistake in my order, wrongly thinking a gift item was missing, and so made an enquiry with the customer service team. Dona replied on behalf of L'Occitane very swiftly and sent me the gift item anyway, even though the mistake was mine. Wonderful customer service and a gesture very much appreciated!

A brilliant customer service agent called Lilia dealt with my complaint efficiently and courteously. It was a Masterclass in how to keep a customer happy and who will definitely continue biting L'0ccitane. Thank you

Shea shower oil was a favourite of mine but now it has been discontinued. I have searched the Web ,no luck .I went into the shop at Rushden lakes Northamptonshire and was told it had been discontinued. Not impressed. It was great ,smelled nice left my skin feeling soft with no irritation. I purchased the Almond shower oil ,but its simply not as good and not keen on the Smell ! Listen to the customers and please bring back the Shea shower oil .

Order number OCCGB00637683. Parcel lost. They fobbed me off and said they can’t refund or help me further.

York In-Store Experience

Recently visited the York, UK store with a friend for our complimentary hand massages (for signing up to their member's area, totally worth it). We were impressed with Gemma, her colleague and the experienced we received. She was knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel instantly welcome.

Her colleague helped me utilise the refill station to save money/plastic on the iconic almond shower oil. It was an all round lovely experience and it's this level of customer service that encourages me to buy L'occitane in store, rather than just at Duty Free.

They were very helpful, I never usually say anything but I was so upset when I seen the state of my package, the customer service advisor was fantastic and excellent customer service!

I love your products and will be definitely back again following this service
