Wonderful products and outstanding customer service!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Mishellina from your online customer care team.
I had an issue with a product I purchased in store and contacted customer service where Mishellina assisted me.
They were speedy with their replies and super friendly and informative.
This has made me really trust this company even more than I already did and look forward to shopping with them again.

I made a stupid mistake when I ordered the wrong product. Once again, blown away by Betty in Customer Care. Betty and her Supervisor went way beyond the extra mile for me. Great to see a company that appreciates loyalty. Not something you find much of these days. Great products and once a member, the offers are fantastic as well. I use Immortelle Precious Eye Cream, it has improved my under eye skin greatly and doesn't sting my eyes. Also Light Comforting Cream, which has to be tried to be appreciated. Not forgetting the hand creams as well. Keep up the great work L'Occitane xx

After a slight problem with the new almond hair mist, I had to get in touch with L’Occitane.
Betty has been wonderful from start to finish.
She helped resolve an issue quickly and professionally, but with warmth and care thrown in. Everything resolved easily.

I love L'occitane and the staff always make me feel so welcome. This lovely lady called Carrie in high street Kensington, was so lovely. She helped me with my skin care routine and gave me a free hand massage. Such an amazing experience. Their products are amazing well

I visited the Gunwharf Quays store today in Portsmouth and was helped above and beyond by their member of staff there - Maddie. She helped me to pick out 15 (I know, there’s a lot!) teacher gifts and wrapped them all for me while I went and did more shopping. She was extremely personable and very helpful. A credit to the company. Thank you Maddie!

Received my order today and whilst I like the products, I am a bit disappointed with the packaging.

The contents of today’s delivery were meant to be a gift which is why I chose to add free gift wrapping/packaging to the trolley, and which I was led to believe would be their signature, yellow box or if unavailable a a nice-ish bag, or even tissue. Instead, the order arrived in standard brown mailing box and not even properly secured to prevent damage.

What is the point of having gift wrapping option if you don’t actually provide the service?

I love their products.
Usually, I buy Herbae perfume and Amande shower oil and body oil.

I tried the dark lavender products at one or their shops because I wanted to know if it is worth the expense. I want to add that or my products too. It smells and feels great.

The products are absolute pleasurable luxury.

I’ve been L’Occitan customer for decades as I trust the products.
Some of the company’s product line has been adjusted for being current but the customer service and boutique staff spirit has never changed.
This time… I contacted customer service to cancel/change my order because of internet auto email glitch for promo. Perhaps they can say nothing they can do because it’s promo…. but Renata has sorted it out with knowledgeable and carding way.
It made my birthday shopping even better!

A not quite right shaving brush....brush head came away from handle was swiftly dealt with by Renata. No quibbles, just a photo was enough for Renata to organise an offer of replacement or refund. There was nothing wrong with the brush and I was more than happy to have a replacement. This was received within 5 days of original enquiry.....and I received an envelope of free samples in a beautiful gift box....for keepsakes. Because of this, I ordered more toiletries. Customer care at it's best and great for sales!!! Highly recommended company.

Good stock, and although on the pricy side, outstanding products.

I love using L'occitane skin care products, especially the almond oil range (excellent for aging skin) and the verbena liquid hand wash. Customer Care are equally fantastic, my latest order was delivered yesterday but was missing one item; I phoned Customer Care and Musfika quickly sorted a replacement, which astonishingly arrived within 24 hours! If anyone is looking for excellent skincare products and an equally excellent customer care service, I highly recommend L'occitane.
