The chair I bought is the usual Lloyd Loom, well constructed & a lovely design.
Only one thing I would add is that the colour online does not look like the actual chair colour I received?! The colour is acceptable but I was disappointed it was not what I expected.

We were looking for 2 traditional rattan outdoor lloyd loom chairs to sit on our porch. Having found Lloyd Looms on the web, then checking out the positive reviews, I ordered samples of Panama green rattan and the seat fabric. Roger organised this for me and they were received the following day. On ordering, I made a silly mistake and ordered the indoor chairs instead, very promptly, Mike rang me to confirm which chair I actually required...thank goodness for their excellent customer service ! The Henley chairs arrived today and I am very happy with them indeed. Its always tricky buying on line, but have no fear if you are considering a purchase. They are very comfortable and sturdy plus look so attractive too. Great product and great customer service. Wish I could leave a photo ......

Brilliant and personal customer service, excellent delivery (local) and packaging, provided with a choice of cushions so we could match to kitchen, which was invaluable as we would have made a big mistake! We have been thrilled with our new Dining Chairs, beautifully built, so comfortable and replacing our old, very old mahogany chairs that need much tlc and new seat pads.

We already have 3 Lloyd Loom chairs that look just as good as they did when we bought them over 10 years ago. We wanted another one of a different colour for a different room. The light green colour is gorgeous and complements the room decor perfectly. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was excellent. The delivery man unpacked the chair before he left and checked it wasn't damaged.

Wow! What fabulous Lloyd Loom chairs. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough as a supplier of our beautiful chairs. We chose a lovely dark green colour for our 2 bedroom chairs and 1 bathroom chair. Our D shaped linen baskets are beautiful too. We are looking forward to the new supply of dark green rectangular linen baskets being available to order for our bathroom as this is just the right size to fit our space.

Delighted to find a lovely replacement for my ancient Lloyd Loom bedroom chair which had an accident! Very good quality chair, prompt delivery and timely and helpful communication from a human (Mike). And the courier unwrapped it v carefully to make sure I was happy with it. Excellent all round.
