We ordered a chair, table and settee which were promptly delivered and very well packaged. The furniture looks great on our patio and is light and easy to store.

I ordered a savoy chair in Morning Mist and it is both beautiful and spacious - the design, the comfort, the quality of the craftsmanship and the overall look has exceeded my expectations which were already high. I cannot recommend this chair highly enough! And great customer service aswell.

Once again, the people running the show treated my order individually. From the website I had believed the colour of chairs previously bought was not available for a matching table and ordered a second best. They noticed and alerted me, with the result that I have proper matching set! Very grateful.

We searched high and low for outside garden furniture and were shocked at the prices in garden centres considering some of the poor standard of construction. We thought Lloyd loom would be too expensive for us but we’re surprised at the affordability considering the high end quality. The furniture arrived quickly with fantastic communication from the Lloyd Loom team with regular updates. The furniture arrived in perfect condition and we are so pleased we found Lloyd Loom to provide a quality service. Don’t waste your time and money on garden centre rip off prices and buy from Lloyd Loom with confidence. You won’t be disappointed

Great service and very well packed

Despite it being the 12 May, and items ordered on 28 April, I have yet to receive my furniture. Suggest you review your choice of courier. It now seems likely that the items will be delivered later this week but there has been no apology.

We are really pleased with our Montpellier chairs. The quality is excellent and they bring a cohesiveness to the room now that the two mis-matched original Lloyd Loom chairs from the 1930s have been replaced. Mike was kind and attentive to our order.
