5 star phone call
I called today to add an additional driver to my policy. Just an absolute amazing experience, Danielle was super helpful, extremely kind and happy and Danielle really knew her stuff. Danielle took her time and was very helpful. The whole process was easy and such a personal caring touch. I noticed that my wife's name had not been added for business insurance on the policy. Amelia Drummond took my initial phone call and then the problem was resolved within 15 minutes via email and a new insurance certificate issued. Super happy with the service (especially on a Friday afternoon)

Was put straight through and spoke to Katie, who sorted everything.
She expained a couple of things that weren't clear to me and sorted new policy document.
Extremely knowledgeable and polite.

They saved the day!
I had a huge hick up trying to add my partner my insurance a day before driving to France (no fault of Lloyd) they were extremely helpful, contacting other agencies on my behalf. I dealt with Amy who was lovely and Lauren who saved the day! They really did go above and beyond to sort it for me. Huge relief and now I can sit back whilst he does all the driving and enjoy holiday! Haha! Thanks guys, really appreciate all your efforts to sort this for me
