So, what should you expect from your estate agent?
...well yes, especially in terms of achieving the best price; however these should be your standard expectations of any estate agent.
You should also expect your estate agent to listen, so as to understand the motivation behind the move, and in doing so offer the best possible advice specific to your circumstances.
Your estate agent should respond in a timely fashion, provide excellent levels of communication and remain both positive and dedicated throughout the whole process.
They should remain true to the cause, telling you what you need to hear, even if at times this may not be what you were hoping to hear. Honest feedback is vital and as a straight-talking estate agency, we are here to assist people in the sale of their property and will always treat the situation with the respect it deserves.

From Martin coming to value, Emma taking incredible professional photographs, to Lakan and her amazing attention to detail, always chasing, always following up, and always without fail returning my phone calls, Lakan we can’t thank you enough.
I would highly recommend Movuno, and although I don’t plan on selling any time soon I would definitely return.

Movuno have recently completed on my late Mums house sale.
I would highly recommend them, from initial contact with Martin Halsall at valuation, we were kept updated at each stage of the process. No matter who is allocated the sale to deal with, it’s clear that all the office girls are all over everything and you can get the answers when you need them.
We were kept updated at each stage, and despite a number of time wasters! the girls just carried on and obtained completion in a relatively short time.
Reasonably priced too.
Highly recommended

Brilliant and positive experience
Through the whole process, movuno were diligent and professional. Martin was very friendly and approachable, as well as contactable always. Amazing work!
Monuvo acted as the estate agent for my house purchase. From the first viewing they were great, easy to get a hold of and very accommodating of schedule for getting things booked in.
Oliva was the main agent managing my case and to say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. The property in question came with a number of challenges revolving around the lease hold which meant there were multiple parties that's needed chasing to get things in line. Oliva worked terilessly in chasing things up and getting things done. I never struggled to get in touch when I needed to and never felt like I was being left out of the loop. I couldn't possibly have asked for more from her. I would absolutely recommend this service

Ken, Olivia and the ladies at MOVUNO are marvellous. I had my share of viewers and excellent advise from all at MOVUNO. Even when the buyer’s solicitor was dragging their heels the staff at MOVUNO guided me through the minefield of uncertainty and finally got me through to the final round. No negativity from the staff only kind words and support. Highly recommended guidance by experienced staff who never gave up even when the process of the sale stalled for a period. As a buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Movuno. From our first viewing with Lakan through to completion with Olivia, Olivia was professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful.
She was always quick to respond to emails and calls, kept me updated at every stage, and made sure i understood what was happening throughout the process. Buying a property can be stressful, but her clear communication and calm approach made everything feel far more manageable.
Lakan was also fair and transparent during negotiations, which we really appreciated as buyers. I always felt respected and well looked after, rather than just being treated as part of a transaction.

A seamless process
The valuation was accurate and we sold for just under asking price in good time. The sale went through smoothly and we were kept up to date along the way. The staff are professional and well organised. We will use them again on the next sale.

Initially I felt that I was not being kept informed about interest in the property as often as I would have liked and had to go into the shop to get updates but since Lakan took over management of the sale this totally changed and she kept me informed at every stage of the process even if there were no changes.
