i received only part of my order & have had no response from my 3 emails to customer services. There is no phone contact number. I have used little peckers for a few years now & have never had any trouble before now.I don't know what has happened to their customer service standards, it has plummeted.

I ordered a feeder from them. Got an email saying it was on the way 2 days ago. Today , for no reason, I get informed that they have refunded the order. No explanation, or apologies or anything. Very poor . Will not be using them again

I’ve used Little Peckers for many years now with no issues but my last order was delivered by Yodel to the wrong address. I mailed Little Peckers regarding this, mainly about their choice of courier and, although I didn’t get a reply from customer service, this morning I received a replacement bag of seed. I can forgive lack of updates while their service is this good and will continue to use them as their prices are good and the quality of seed is excellent.

First time ordering from this company and initial all was good, 2 of the 4 items arrived within 10days, but I am still waiting for the other 2 items and that is now over a month. I have emailed them twice and had no response to either email contact. Shall not be ordering from them again and have lost over £30..... I am considering small claims court. Will update if I get any further with them

terrible service. ordered chicken feed 11 days ago and still not here despite being promised otherwise. they didn't bother to respond to my order query from 6 weeks ago either. don't bother, go elsewhere and save yourself the misery...

Service, item & price second to none. Helpful when I needed to get message to delivery driver on same day. Plenty choice at a great price & great use by dates on products.

No service at all from this company. Placed an order for wild bird food at over £50. No order confirmation received or estimated delivery. I emailed Little Peckers (LP) the next day & didn't even receive a automatic reply. I then read reviews on Trustpilot & realised my mistake ordering from this company. I decided to raise a concern with Paypal who refunded me immediately. Paypal usually require you to wait for 10 days to see if the seller will respond but this instant Paypal refund tells you that this company are bad news & have history.

Update to review - I received an email reply from LP, along with my order confirmation. By then Paypal had already informed me I would be refunded, so I asked LP to formally cancel that order. They sent an ambiguous email saying 'All done for you" but then sent this order out, with Paypal then understandably reversing the refund.
Nevertheless it's such a shady way to do business & will be last order I place with this company.

No delivery! 15 days on and nothing has arrived. Twice this has happened to me now so I won’t be ordering from them ever again.

After posting a review a couple of days ago regarding an order and lack of contact with the company, I received the order yesterday and an email from the company. Perhaps they are short-staffed at the moment. Anyway, goods arrived and I'm happy.

Placed an order about 3 weeks ago. Received an confirmation and tracking number but till today the courier has not received the goods. Emailed LittlePeckers a few times with no response. Out of business?

I put an order in weeks ago and got a delivery date , the date has long passed so I asked for an update ,no response from them so have started a paypal case and they haven't responded to that either, I've ordered in the past with no issues so I don't know what's going on with them

Update after starting a Paypal dispute they still never replied to emails or messages Paypal refunded me,avoid this company as it has zero customer service

Was apprehensive of ordering from here after reading reviews. But this was the only site offering the same brand my parrot likes, took a chance and ordered large bag of parrot food on Thursday 13th March, received tracking the following day and arrived today Tuesday 18th. Will use again in the future.

I buy a 20kg bag of poultry food every few weeks which qualifies for free delivery and they consistently process the order very quickly, package with me a few days later.

Awful. Wish I remembered how rubbish they are at keeping to delivery schedules, informing of delays and just general customer service.

Over a week late, no apology or recompense. I had to resort to ordering from a behemoth organisation ran by a guy called Jeff to get next day delivery to tide my chickens over until this shower caught up.

And we wonder why the smaller companies are disappearing? Just be truthful and honest and we’d support you!

First delivery arrived in good time but was damaged so Yodel took away. Emailed customer service and they arranged for a replacement to be sent. Great customer service, would use again

Do not buy from this company little peckers. I placed an order and it has never been sent no communication no tracking no goods 😡They only have an email address to contact which they ignor. This was my first order and I really wished I had seen the reviews on trust pilot before I purchased. They shouldn't be allowed to run a buissiness.😡

Little Peckers AKA Havelins Petcare very good Quality wild bird whole peanuts and very quick delivery thank you.

I ordered some P15 tropical bird food and received P15 original which cannot be used without weaning the parrots on to it. No phone to be able to report the issue and no response yet via email. Ive reported it to Paypal after reading other peoples problems.
I will update my review when I get the right stuff and the wrong stuff collected.

My 11th January review reflected my experience of Little Peckers at that time. I had not recieved my order or reasons why it was not delivered by Little Peckers despite numerous emails.
Progress was made eventually and then quickly, with satisfaction, after I spoke in person to the management of the Company that used to run this petcare business.
Havelin Pet Care has its genesis from the limited Company that over a number of years from my experience exhibited good customer relations . Companies House identifies the change that has taken place but shareholders comprise of the same family members.

Following the telephone call(s) the response to my e-mail (s) were made.

It would appear that the delivery company was at fault and somehow split and lost the packages.

One of these was delivered. Havelins to their credit sent out the requisite replacements from their depot and I did receive them in time.

Had Havelins informed me initially about the delivery logistics there would have been no need to write any review. Better communication, that explained and apologised for delay was all that was required.

I retrospect, I will give Havelins the benefit of the doubt on this occasion and hope that their reliability and customer service follows that o my 95 % positive exoerience of good quality and competitive bird foid.

Used to be very good, but has gone downhill. Messed up my order and I had to email them several times to try to get it resolved. Emails replies are short (when they finally send them after several reminders) as though I am being difficult, but I only want delivered what I ordered and paid for! Will be using a different company from now on. Been ordering from them for years previously with no issues.
